− Ascensor roto en un tercer piso

− Sono arrivata in hotel per fare il check-in e mi è stato detto che siccome la struttura era piena mi era stato assegnato uno studio vicino alla struttura. Sono andata allo studio ma non era proprio vicino e sicuramente non nella via principale dove avevo prenotato e la zona era un po' più isolata. Ritorno in struttura e gli espongo i miei dubbi sul fatto che avevo prenotato in hostel e non di certo uno studio e che essendo sola non mi sentivo molto sicura in quella zona e per questo che avevo prenotato in quella struttura per la posizione dove si trova ma mi dicono che non c'era una stanza libera e che l'unica soluzione era quella dello studio. Sinceramente non lo trovo corretto, viaggiando sola contavo sulla posizione per stare tranquilla e ho comprato ciò che ho visto su booking non un alternativa proposta appena arrivata perché la struttura era piena. Ho dovuto accettarlo per forza di cose.

− Il manque des equipements comme un petit réfrégirateur surtout avec cette chaleur et un petit micro onde si possible

Excellent place right in the centre of Malaga.

+ We were upgraded to a nearby studio apartment owned by the Hostal. Very nice place in good location. Staff at hostal very friendly and helpful. It was Feria week in Malaga and the city was beautiful.

− Zamówiłem pokój z dwoma osobnymi łóżkami. Dostałem potwierdzenie że tak będzie. Po przyjeździe okazało się że pokój jest ze wspólnym łóżkiem. Chciano dostawiać mi materac i za wszelką cenę próbowano mnie zatrzymać proponowano dopłatę 45€ aby „załagodzić” sytuację. Dopiero jak się zdenerwowałem zwrócono mi pieniądze i znalazłem dużo lepszy pokój w hotelu na sąsiedniej ulicy w tych samych pieniądzach o dużo lepszym standardzie.

Günstiges und sauberes Hostel im historischen Zentrum von Malaga!

+ Eine nette Pension im 3. Stock eines historischen Gebäudes, gleich an der quirligen Calle Larios und nahe der neuen Ausgehmeile am Hafen. Zimmer und Bäder auf dem Flur sind neu gemacht, die Zimmer klimatisiert. Mattheo am Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Great location slap bang in the middle of the city

+ I love how central to the city attractions this place is. I’ve stayed here twice now. It is kept clean and staff are friendly and helpful, especially the Chinese chap - very helpful. The place is kept clean and I really like the memory foam mattresses, they made for a really comfortable nights sleep.

− I got allocated the tiny little room opposite reception this time, which made my second stay feel a little exposed. I preferred the room facing inwards to the courtyard as it was less noise from the revellers of the Larios high street.
