Great stay with a pool in Soller

+ The location and the pool are great. The staff was very kind. And it has parking which is very helpful in Soller.

Vriendelijk en netjes

+ De kamer was schoon met een nieuwe badkamer. De ligging van het hotel was super fijn, liepen zo het centrum in en waren met de auto ook zo bij port de Sóller. Personeel was erg aardig en behulpzaam. Ontbijt was goed geregeld.

− Bedden vond ik persoonlijk wat aan de harde kant en konden uit elkaar worden geschoven. Zwembad was toch iets kleiner dan gedacht.

+ This was our favorite place we stayed at in our 2 weeks of travel around Spain! Super nice, clean, and all the facilities and amenities we could need! Parking was key as well.

An oasis of calm an co

+ This is a gem of an hotel. Tucked away in a side street in Soller, it is an oasis of calm and comfort and yet just 3 minutes walk from the busy and vibrant square. We loved it and plan to return!

Excellent location couples hotel vibe.

+ Only used hotel as day room stay but found everything to my liking. Excellent quiet location. Lovely dip in the pool . Didn't stay overnight so can't comment on breakfast either.

Disappointing

+ Excellent location. Poor range of facilities; service was difficult as the bar & restaurant are operated by a third party with no connection/billing via the hotel, ie. have to pay each time on use. This made the use of facilities inconvenient!

− Complete lack of flexibility by the staff who would not or could not change our room because of significant & dangerous issues with the shower and water flooding! There was no telephone in our room, so I had to go to the reception each time to report issues. When I asked about putting a telephone in our room, the receptionist asked me if I needed one!!! What about emergency calls. The water flooding in the bathroom was dangerous to say the least. They did not/could not fix it but did manage to alleviate the flooding..

+ Velmi útulné ubytování schované v úzkých uličkách. Poděkování si zaslouží ochotná a milá recepční, která vyřešila požadavky k mé spokojenosti ještě před Check-inem. Na místní poměry velký bazén a naprosto excelentní snídaně 🙂

Absolutely wonderful

+ Gorgeous property; lovely, comfortable, quiet, and cool room; tasty and varied breakfast; good location; really friendly and helpful staff. The private parking lot was so key to have in Soller, and greatly reduced stress. Would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat!

− The WiFi was a little shaky on the top floor for some devices. But worked fine with others!
