10,0NATALIEMICHELE🇪🇸 Spain · En familia · oct 2025My favourite hotel in the south of France
+ We stayed here as a family of 4 as needed a place to stay for a wedding in the area and we were blown away by the friendly staff and loved how this felt like a “home from home”. We have family in the area so we visit the south of France often. I will now always book to stay here going forward as it was a fabulous stay. Rudolph was very helpful to us during our stay and the spa is absolutely AMAZING! I wish they allowed children in here so I could enjoy it with my family. The only thing I would change about this hotel is making the outdoor pool heated as it’s freezing. If this was heated then this place would be perfect. We missed our flight home due to an iron man event at nice airport making getting in the airport extremely difficult so we returned back to this hotel. I’d like to say thank-you to the whole team for making our vacation here so wonderful and I will be returning next year and every year going forward now. Can’t wait to return. See you soon!
+ Beautiful hotel with stunning views. Very helpful and attentive staff.

2,0647ariasEn familia · oct 2025Unhygienic Room and Poor Service
+ I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel in Èze. Upon arrival, I found a serious ant infestation in my room — they were everywhere, even inside my personal belongings and shoes. I immediately reported the issue to the reception, but the staff informed me that no solution was available until the next day. This made the room completely uninhabitable for the night.
I expected better hygiene and customer service, especially for the price paid. Unfortunately, no compensation or refund was offered despite clear evidence of the problem. I do not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
2,0214elnazsEn familia · oct 2025Dirty room
+ I stayed at Les Terrasses d’Èze and had one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever encountered.
The room I was given was disgusting — there were ants all over, and the overall cleanliness was completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming to be 4-star. I immediately reported the issue to the front desk, but was told there were no other rooms available and no solution was offered. I was forced to stay the night in a filthy, unhealthy environment because every other nearby hotel was fully booked late at night.
The staff showed no sense of urgency, no apology, and no effort to make the situation right, either during my stay or after. I later disputed the charge through my bank, but it was denied simply because I stayed the night — as if I had a real choice.
If you care about cleanliness, basic hospitality, or even the minimum level of health safety, I strongly advise you to avoid this hotel. For a place charging premium prices and presenting itself as a luxury property, this experience was absolutely disgraceful.
10,0DS_STP2018🇸🇹 ST · En pareja · oct 2025Excellent stay, beautiful views
+ We stayed only briefly at this hotel in late September, 2025, but absolutely loved it. The service was incredible and the views from the cliffs were absolutely spectacular. Our special thanks go to Negin, who was so attentive and friendly throughout our stay. Merci Negin! We will be visiting again for sure. Darius
8,0Isabelle CarolineEn familia · oct 2025+ The view from this hotel is incredible, but it is very remote from everything. Someone sent me a package at the hotel for the day I checked-in, and no one ever told me. I found out after I checked out. I hope the hotel sends it to my next destination.
+ Beautiful hotel - with nice view and cozy rooms with relaxed atmosphere !
Will highly recommend !
+ Hotel is very nice, on site restaurant. Good breakfast. Our room was nice and clean. Shower had some mold. We enjoyed our stay.
+ Nice room, really fantastic view, great grounds
Spiral access for a big car a real challenge. Dinner let the hotel down in quality and the waiters attitude
+ The view at Les Terrasses d’Eze is absolutely breathtaking — every room offers a stunning sea view. The spa is exceptional, with world-class treatments and state-of-the-art facilities that invite pure relaxation. Although the gym is on the smaller side, it’s perfectly convenient and even provides yoga mats so you can practice outdoors while enjoying the panoramic view.
The infinity pool and its serene surroundings create an atmosphere of total peace, ideal for unwinding. Breakfast is served as a generous outdoor buffet overlooking the sea — a perfect way to start the day.
The location is also very convenient, with Monaco just 30 minutes away, and Uber service readily available. Overall, a wonderful combination of beauty, wellness, and accessibility.
+ Beautiful ocean view property! Very clean rooms and large for France.
Loved it!
More than Perfect!
+ Everything was superb! Location,
Service, the room. And waking up and going to bed, enjoying breakfast, savoring dinner..all with a spectacular view of the Mediterranean. The chef even indulged me by adding a bed of chocolate for the tarte au citron.
+ Loved the location! Wonderful staff and food. Parking can give you vertigo 😂
+ Gorgeous views
+ We absolutely loved this place, definately want to come back
10,0tigryonok🇻🇮 VI · En familia · ago 2025Great overnight stay
+ We had chosen the place for the views to relax a bit on our way from Beziers to Verona - no regrets. Rooms have spectacular views over the Cote d'Azur and are kept very clean and neat. They also feature a large terrace, and the very comfortable beds are arranged in such a manner that you can enjoy the view, too. One of the main attractions certainly is their infinity pool (which gets quite deep on one side) with the near infinity view - very pleasant relaxation there despite the fact that the area around the pool itself is rather small. Dining at their restaurant was a great experience as well, but reservations are highly recommended. Breakfast was outstanding. An enormous amount of bakeries, fruits, sausages, jams, cheese, and breads - with a view. Spa is upon reservation/booking, and they dont allow kids under 16 into their sauna, so here we had to pass (no problem for an overnight stay).
+ Beautiful view, great restaurant and nice staff!!
10,0SERGEIEn familia · ago 2025+ Wonderful
+ This place has a spectacular view and the most interesting arrival of any hotel I’ve ever seen: You drive down a helix-shaped ramp, essentially down a cliff, to the parking lots. The infinity pool was wonderful, and though we didn’t get to try them, the grass tennis courts and gardens were quite appealing. The staff seemed a little annoyed compared with other places we stayed, but the location more than made up for it.
+ Breathtaking views, and very peaceful overall. The spa was excellent as well.
10,0TonyaEn familia · ago 2025+ Beautiful hotel! Large rooms, friendly staff and nice pool with gorgeous views. Breakfast and dinner were delicious

10,0GitaEn familia · ago 2025+ Our stay at Hôtel Les Terrasses d’Èze was nothing short of magical. Perched high above the Mediterranean, the hotel offers breathtaking panoramic views that feel like a dream—you could spend hours on the terrace just soaking in the beauty of the French Riviera.
The rooms are modern, spacious with large windows that bring the outside in. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was spotless, with every detail attended to.
The staff deserve were warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to make our stay perfect. From check-in to departure, they went above and beyond to accommodate any request.
The spa facilities were impressive—peaceful, well-maintained, and ideal for unwinding after exploring Èze Village.
Breakfast was another highlight, with fresh local produce, delicious pastries, and a wide selection of hot and cold options, all enjoyed with that incredible view.
This hotel is perfectly located—just a short drive to the charming medieval Èze Village, Monaco, and Nice yet it feels wonderfully secluded and serene.
If you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and unforgettable getaway on the Côte d’Azur, Hôtel Les Terrasses d’Èze is the place. We can’t wait to return!
8,0carolineacrichton🇨🇭 Switzerland · ago 2025Great location - beautiful place, very clean, mixed service could be improved a little
+ Great views, lovely food, nice room, good on cleanliness but some aspects of service were not great.
Bar lady and lady who served at the pool side was harassed, over worked and didn't have enough support, we felt like an inconvenience, she was huffy and we had to stand for over 15 mins to wait for drinks at times, while she concentrated on clearing towels and glasses and not serving. After a 3 course meal on the terrace we asked for espresso and she told us no because the coffee machine was closed now - even though you can order drinks including coffee via room service until 2 am .
This hotel is wonderful BUT you cannot walk anywhere from here, and this was not clear when booking. it is not safe and you do not have any pathways. I am sure they do not publish this because you feel trapped in a compound which is very restrictive and results in needing a taxi to get anywhere.
I would also say its not a great place for kids, out teenager made the best of it but it really seems more like an adult only place - not a fun place just somewhere serene to relax.
The service on reception, evening meals and breakfast was great - a few members of staff were exceptional and made us feel very welcome and they were warm and friendly - the only blip was really the woman behind the bar, she was boarding on rude at times.
10,0Consuela DEn familia · ago 2025+ Beautiful location and views. Difficult to reach if you don't have a car. Bolt/Uber not very responsive to pick up/drop off and quote expensive. Restaurant was very good. Some of the waiters could've been more friendly/engaging, but maybe that's a French thing. Very nice place would stay here again.
+ We stayed here 25 years ago, and it’s even nicer than we remember. A truly special place to stay
10,0G3226YHjacobtago 2025Will return as soon as possible!
+ Excellent. World class view! Nice staff. Clean rooms. Great bar and food. Lovely spa. Very relaxed feeling. Close to the most beautiful bits of the Cote D'Azur. Too far to walk but taxis and ubers are easy and there's an aiport shuttle. Great value, will come back again. Thanks to everyone at the hotel.
10,0spaceman54🇬🇧 United Kingdom · En pareja · ago 2025Why is this not a 5 star hotel?
+ After a disappointing stay at a so called five star boutique hotel in Menton we were delighted to spend our last night on The Cote d’ Azur at this fantastic hotel.
Set on the hillside overlooking the sea everything about this establishment was 5 star. The food, the service, the pool, the rooms & of course the stunning location.
POOR SECURITY!!! Be warned
+ I stayed at this hotel at the end of July. Housekeeping left MY ROOM OPEN ALL DAY/NIGHT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
Someone started to clean my room and left. Leaving THE DOOR OPEN ALL DAY/NIGHT. I cam back at 2am or so and my room was 100% open to everyone who wanted to enter.
The room was a mess and my bracelet is missing.
This is terrible!! I have never had anything like this happen to me
The hotel said they were doing an investigation. It's been three weeks. NO NEWS.
Although this is a lovely spot I cannot recommend it to anyone.
+ I love staying here it was so peaceful and easy for day trips into other places! Food was great and everything was cozy!
+ One of the best hotels in the area. However, the only drawback was the quality of the drinks at the pool bar — they were quite ordinary despite the high prices.
Paradise in Eze
+ Great room amazing view friendly staff
+ Staff in all departments were exceptional, added value to the stay, we will visit again definetly
10,0KristinEn familia · jul 2025+ I wish we could have stayed longer. Absolutely stunning.
+ .
+ Beautiful hotel with beautiful views of the coast. We stayed 2 nights. Staff was always helpful. The hotel is only 4 minutes drive to Eze village (although the village is close, it is not advisable to walk, it is dangerous with the winding narrow road). We will definitely stay there again if we are back in the area.
+ The hotel felt very dated. The bed was uncomfortable and the room & balcony were sparsely furnished with no shade. Staff were pleasant and view was beautiful.
+ We were so welcomed by reception and every one was incredibly friendly. The view is world class
