Los huéspedes deberán mostrar un documento de identidad válido y una tarjeta de crédito al realizar el registro de entrada. Ten en cuenta que todas las peticiones especiales están sujetas a disponibilidad y pueden comportar suplementos.

When booking 5 rooms or more, group conditions apply.

From November to April inclusive:
If canceled or modified up to 14 days before your arrival date, no supplement will be charged. After this period, any cancellation, modification or no-show will be charged at 100% of the total amount of the stay.

From May to October inclusive:
A prepayment corresponding to 100% of the total amount of the stay is required upon reservation, non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

A valid identity card or passport must be presented at the reception upon arrival (driving licence only is not accepted). If these documents are not presented, the hotel reserves the right to refuse access to the room. Thank you for your understanding.
