+ Franchement habitué des ibis celui fut décevant …chambre peinture défraîchie …matelas très dur….rien à voir avec d autre ibis….le personnel de service très souriant agréable l accueil reste à revoir…..petit déjeuner sans plus…..

+ Kind and helpful staff were excellent. Standard of the hotel sits below three stars. Facilities are equivalent to a glorified hostel. Regional Ibis hotels in France seem generally below par.

Court sejour enchanteur

+ Une breve mais riche incursion chez les romains. La Camargue sous un ciel bleu profond. Sans pareil.

+ Was easy to get to from the highway. We could walk to town in 20 minutes.

+ Lent à l’accueil même à 23h. Les deux machines en panne ne permettant pas d’avoir un chocolat au petit-déjeuner, chambre en rdc donnant sur le parking et l’entrée donc bruyant… tout ça pour près de 100 € sans compter le petit-déjeuner.

+ Situé dans une zone commerciale. Facile d'accès en transport. Hôtel calme même si il y a de l'activité autours. Les parties communes ont été rénovées mais pas la chambre que j'avais.

Buono ma rumoroso

+ Buono,l’unica pecca,essendo arrivato alle 3.30 de mattino,non avrei dato il permesso di usare il trapano alle 8.00 del mattino nella camera adiacente. Altrimenti non avrei assegnato le camere adiacenti a quella in ristrutturazione.

Das Hotel war ausgebucht - ich musste schliesslich mit einen nahegelgenen Ibis-BGudgert-Hotel mich zu7fieden gebebn - auch wenn der Standard bedeutend tiefere ist. Das erste Mal dsas eine ebookres R$eservation niucht im Hotel bekannt war4 - was ist da passiert?

+ There were too many things that didn't work at this hotel. While it is a budget hotel, the things that are there should work. eg, Light not working in the room. Shower rose sending water everywhere. Checking in took a long time.

Horreur à arles

+ Cet Hotel n'a d'ibis que le nom. Une climatisation qui ne marche pas, une grille d'aération pleine de moisissures, des filtres de climatisation pleins de poussière, une baignoire bouchée, des cadavres de moustiques pleins les murs et j'en oublie. Que fait Mercure. J'ai du faire 3 ibis en 12 jours celui ci est le pire et de loin. Plus jamais

Adequate and reasonable price for Arles visit

+ An ideal base for visiting Arles and sights in the area. It is 15-20 minutes’ walk to the town centre, but also very close to road links getting you on your way quickly. A typical Ibis hotel, functional and unspectacular, but all you need at a reasonable price. Staff all very friendly and helpful, easy and free parking, and rooms that were perfectly adequate but could probably do with a make-over. There was a good choice of food, European-style, for breakfast, and they served dinner, but I didn’t try it. Other dining options in the vicinity were a number of fast food establishments and a large supermarket. Hotel has an outdoor pool but I didn’t see anyone in there while I was there. No safes, mini bars or fridges in the rooms, but a good widescreen TV, albeit I couldn’t find any channels in English. Overall, a pleasant place to stay for a few days to visit Arles, without breaking the bank. Just don’t expect luxury or anything remotely unique.

Schmuddelige Zimmer für günstigen Prei

+ Für den Preis erhielten wir eine Nacht mit Dach über dem Kopf. Herunter gekomme Zimmer mit fleckigen Decken und Wänden, einem defekten Duschkopf und für jeden nur ein einziges Handtuch. Der Service im Restaurant konnte weder englisch noch deutsch und konnte die angeschrieben Speisen nur ohne Beilage benennen. Die Dame meinte, es gäbe nur das Fleisch und kein Gemüse dazu und konnte beim Servieren die Speisen selbst nicht auseinander halten. Dafür waren diese sehr lecker und schöne Portionen, mit jeweiligen Beilagen. Das Frühstück für den Preis war in Ordnung mit kleiner aber ausreichender Auswahl.

Fantastic staff

+ Very welcoming receptionist. All staff lovely and work really hard for all the guests. Well done girls! Nice outside area and amazingly calm amid the motorways. Local area not good but only 15 minutes walk to centre. Only downside - bed too hard and too hot, having the horrible plastic bottom sheet. I will be back!
