+ Es ist sehr sauber. Parkplätze sind zur genüge auf zwei größeren kostenfreien Schotterflächen. Sehr schöne, lange Promenade mit Spielmöglichkeiten für jung und alt .😊

+ Quite a good location for the walk to the tidal pools and beaches. Public parking close. The apartment was comfortable and clean. Decent kitchen space with necessary appliances and supplies. The hosts are easy to communicate with and respond promptly. I appreciated the availability of beach chairs. The roof terrace was well equipped with loungers. Good restaurants close by.

− The top terrace was advertised as belonging to the apartment but was shared with all other appartments. The building is a bit noisy, easy to hear other guests

+ Bon emplacement à deux pas d'un superbe bord de mer. Idéal pour promenade avec bébé et footing. Restaurants et cafés a proximité.

− Appartement mal insonorisé. Sombre et sans vue.

− Appartement pas lumineux, et pas de vue sur la mer comme indiqué sur l'annonce sauf si vous montez au dernier étage où il y a la terrasse commune

Bewusst falsche Beschreibung des Appartments!

− Wir haben ein Apartment mit Terrasse mit Meerblick gebucht. Das Apartment lag allerdings im Erdgeschoss ohne Meerblick. Auf die Frage hin, ob dies ein Fehler sei, erhielten wir die Antwort, dass es eine für alle Gäste zugängliche Dachterrasse mit Meerblick gebe, die drei Stockwerke über dem Apartment liege. Der Vermieter kennt die falsche Beschreibung, tut aber nichts. Wir hätten das Apartment sicher nicht gebucht, wenn wir gewusst hätten, wie es aussieht.

+ De rust en heerlijk dicht bij het strand. Prima eetgelegenheden direct om de hoek.

− Wat donker in het appartement. Zomers is dat weer een pluspunt.

Schöne Wohnung, gute Lage!

+ Gute Ausstattung, sehr sauber! Sehr gute Lage, relativ ruhig!

− Die Warmwasserversorgung! Duschen nicht wirklich entspannt möglich.

+ Poloha je výborná

− Nejdříve jsem měla problém se získáním přihlašovacích údajů neboť mi nešel odeslán registrační formulář dále pak apartmán neodpovídal presentaci na Booking. Balkon nebyl místo toho posezení ve světlíku a pohled do zdi, občas netekla teplá voda a vypadávala elektřina největší pohroma byla plíseň. Tudíž jsme využili apartmán za dražší ubytovnu a posloužila nám jen k přespání, neboť jsem se kvůli plísni dusila. Apartmán v přízemi nedoporučuji. Reklamaci na místě jsem kvůli nevstřícnosti provozovatele nechtěla řešit a kazit si dovolenou. Ubytování bylo předem zaplacené a na dovolenou jsem chtěla jet bez IT

Ideal spot in a working town.

+ Great location, away from the tourist hotspots. Comfortable bed. Good shower. All kitchen appliances. Generous amount of detergent and toiletries. Beach chairs and umbrellas supplied. Nearby restaurants are great. Very close to the walking path to La Arena.

− Even though it mentions a balcony, you can't sit out or eat outside. Upstairs there is a roof terrace, but it's shared.

Professionelle Gastgeber

+ Sehr durchdacht, alles erforderliche war vor Ort, vom Waschmittel über Olivenöl bis zum Duschgel - es war sehr sauber

− nur wie so oft fehlte ein Pfannendeckel, und ein brauchbarer Kochlöffel/Pfannenwender

+ Все було добре. Так як ми тільки поверталися для ночівлі, та приготувати вечерю. Коли букали було написано 2й поверх, а виявилося що на першому, але це було на краще, бо поверталися втомлені і не було сил іти по сходах.

+ Všechno fungovalo na jedničku – od příjezdu do apartmánu až po odjezd. Vše bylo na dosah. Kousek od apartmánu je velké parkoviště a krásná pláž. Není to žádné přeplněné letovisko. Místní restaurace a obchody jsou příjemně blízko, ideální na procházky. Na Tenerife je to podle nás nejlepší volba ubytování. Hostitele jsme vlastně vůbec neviděli a za celých 17 dní jsme nic nepotřebovali. Lehátka k oceánu byla jen třešnička na dortu. Alcalá nám přirostla k srdci a určitě se chceme vrátit. Díky moc

+ Super nette Dame, welche sich bei Problemen ( in unserem Fall war es die Solaranlage und wir hatten am ersten Morgen kein warmes Wasser) darum kümmerte. Saubere nette Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

− Ein sehr lautes älteres deutsches Paar. Das ist halt Pech. Die Zwei haben es nicht mal gemerkt das sie das ganze Haus unterhalten haben.

+ Freundliches Personal, tolle Ausstattung und perfekte Lage - wir kommen wieder!

+ Lokacija odlična za miran odmor. Prelepa strana ostrva, sa zalaskom sunca i bez vetra. Plaža veoma blizu. Bili smo u oktobru. Puno besplatnog parkinga blizu. Apartman je veoma čist. Ima sve što je potrebno. Klima je nova i dobro radi (dve klime, spavaća i dnevna). Kompletno opremljen sredstvina za higijenu i lepi detalji dobrodošlice. Dovoljno peškira za boravak od dve nedelje.

− Krevet bi mogao da bude udobniji, kao i jastuci. Mogao bi da postoji problem sa zvučnom izolacijom i bukom, ukoliko su smeštajni kapaciteti popunjeniji. Bili smo na prvom spratu, okrenuti ka okeanu, ali se od zgrade prekoputa ne vidi okean. Možda je bolje iz stana na drugom spratu. Sa zajedničke terase na krovu je lep pogled. Apartman nema terasu već tzv. francuski balkon.

I really enjoyed my stay!

+ The appartment is very well located close to the sea. The kitchen is big and well equipped. There are a lot of free parking lots on the street. The aircons in the bedroom and living room are super quiet and working very well. There is a beautiful view from the rooftop.

− The building has very thin walls and so sometimes it feels like the neighboors are in the same flat. And there is a noisy restaurant on the street in front of the balcony.
