Descanso y comodidad.

+ La ubicación, en primera línea de playa, la equipación del apartamento, tenía prácticamente de todo. El parking, de gran comodidad en agosto ya que todos los aparcamientos estaban siempre busys. Tuvimos un problema con una persiana y Estela, la anfitriona, lo solucionó prácticamente en el momento, es de agradecer. Muy recomendable. Volveremos.

− El edificio, es viejo, pero cuando pasas te sorprende. Tiene una gran reforma.

+ Una vista che non ha prezzo! La struttura era pulitita, ben arredata ed aveva ogni confort. Comodissimo anche il parcheggio sotterraneo, visto che in zona è molto difficile parcheggiare. Se trovate questa steuttura disponibile non lasciatevela scappare!

+ excelente ubicación frente a la playa. el departamento esta totalmente renovado y se ve como muestran las fotos. Muy comodo para dos personas. Facil de llegar al centro caminando, son pocas cuadras. Estuvimos una sola noche y a pesar de que lo contratamos a ultimo momento la anfitriona fue muy amable, enseguida nos envio las instrucciones muy claras para encontrar las llaves y el acceso a la cochera. Muy comodo tener cocher disponible cerca, especialmente para nosotros que veniamos recorriendo la costa en auto.

Résumé trop beau et trop court!

+ La proximité avec la mer, la vue incroyable, le confort , bien situé, l’accès au stationnement à l’intérieur du garage, la facilité d’accès la qualité des communications avec le locateur et la climatisation!

− Malheureusement l’ascenseur n’était pas disponible dans le jour seulement à partir de sept heures le soir! Le bruit des travaux à l’extérieur de la bâtisse nous a que très légèrement dérangé!

+ Appartamento confortevole, arredato con gusto la cucina ha tutto ciò che necessita comprensiva di forno forno a microonde lavastoviglie e lavatrice. I due balconi con vista sull'oceano sono incantevoli. La posizione poi è strategica posizionato sulla spiaggia con tutti i servizi nelle vicinanze. Da non sottovalutare anche la possibilità di un posteggio privato coperto sotto il condominio

− Se proprio bisogna trovare una pecca diciamo che è un condominio un pochino datato e ci si guarda tutti un pochino in casa. Ma ripeto proprio se vogliamo trovare una pecca

Interior excellent, exterior terrible!

+ The interior of the apartment was excellent.

− The apartment is on the third floor and the car is parked on the -1 level, the staircase is tight and poorly illuminated. The lift wasn’t working!Building work in progress on the roof was very noisy. There is loud music at night until 00.45hrs. The surrounding building are falling apart and very dirty. The sea view photo does not represent the view from the main room balcony, this one looks over next apartment balcony. Builders sat on the roof edge/walking about less than 5m away.

Top appartement op top locatie

+ De sleutels waren met de juiste aanwijzingen van de verhuurder goed te vinden. De locatie is top. Het appartement is zeer ruim en volledig ingericht. Fijn dat er ook parkeergelegenheid in het appartementencomplex is.

+ Lage direkt an der Promenade mit Meerblick. Trotzdem sehr ruhig.

+ El apartamento por dentro está bastante bien. Amplio y comodo. Muy mejorable el aislamiento de las ventanas en ruido y frio

− El edificio del apartamento esta en muy malas condiciones, prácticamente da casi miedo, el ascensor o la puerta del garaje se cae a trozos. Penoso el edificio

+ La vista al mar. El departamento es tal cual las fotos. Priceso, hecho a nuevo, muy buena disposición y decoración. La cochera dentro del edificio muy practica por si llueve

− Por decir algo, el edificio por fuera parece antiguo y la entrada algo dificil de encontrar, pero el anfitrión compartio indicaciones y fotos que facilitaron la llegada. Si vas solo y con coche es un poco engorroso buscar la llave antes de poder guardar el coche. De a dos se hace facil

+ El departamento moderno y muy bien equipado

− No es fácil encontrar la entrada del edificio, ya que está interna. El edificio muy viejo pero el departamento muy bien renovado. El estacionamiento par el auto no lo encontramos.

Beautiful place to stay in Nazare!

+ The apartment was bright, well equipped, very clean. Lots of linens and towels, fresh flowers. View was amazing with all outside your door. Responsive host.

− As others have said, exterior of building needs a good power wash and halls are old but once inside unit, you step into a fresh new renovated world.
