Las personas menores de 18 years solo pueden alojarse si van acompañadas de alguno de sus progenitores o tutores legales.
For reservations of more than 4 rooms, the hotel will ask for full payment of all rooms on the day of booking. The reservation will have non-refundable conditions in case of cancellation or modification. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.

Please note that Moov Hotels now uses an electronic invoice service, as an ecological solution to avoid paper wastage.

Please note that the full amount of the stay must be paid at check-in.

All guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in. Minors travelling without their parents must present a valid statement as required by law.

In cases of credit card payments, without the cardholder present, the hotel should receive an e-mail with the credit card details authorizing the charge to be made in the card supplied and the amount that should be charged.
A deposit may be required at the property.
