Ole Málaga

Coqueto y cómodo estudio bien ubicado.

+ Nos recibieron muy acogedores y facilitando todo para que estuviésemos cómodos. El estudio, siendo pequeño, tiene de todo y está muy limpio. La ubicación es excelente.

Puiki vieta netoli centro

+ Labai strategiškai patogi vieta- iki istorinio centro 500 metrų arba 5-10 min kelio. Apartamentai pakankami apsistoti 2-3 žmonėms. Savininkai perdavė informaciją žinute, kaip patekti į vidų ir kur rasti raktus. Numeryje buvo viskas, kas išvardinta numerio aprašyme. Malonu, kad šaldytuve buvo vandens, taip pat kavos, arbatos. Kondicionierius veikė tyliai ir labai greitai atšaldydavo kambarį. Šeimininkai paliko papkę su rekomenduojamomis pavalgymo vietomis ir kita informacija.

− Taip jau yra, kad butas yra šalia judrios gatvės, tad langų prasidarius nepamiegosi. Bet uždarius pakankamai tylu. Šiukšles reikia išsinešti patiems. Savininkai žinutes rašė vien ispanų kalba.

+ Nos encantó que nos dejaran el aire conectado para que nuestra llegada fuera más fresca después del gran caluso day que pasamos. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado,céntrico. Decoración con estilo,cama muy cómoda,y el detalle de tener agua fresca en la nevera nos gustó mucho.

− La poca interazione della proprietà e il deterioramento di alcune forniture su tutte la doccia. Il tubo è rotto e malandato e con pochi euro potrebbe essere sostituito. Non c'è attenzione al dettaglio

+ It was close enough to the centre, the harbour and beach. It was a good size and clean

− Although it was within walking distance to the centre the location itself wasn't great. The apartment is right above a busy bus stop and looked out to the homeless people pitched up on the dried up river. The apartment is decent however in need of some tlc. The shower hose is coming apart, the damp ceiling has had a patch up job, the glass picture frames were smashed but still hanging on the wall. Also on the day we arrived we used the code which was emailed to us to gain entry but after several failed attempts we had to contact the owner who told us it had in fact been changed but had failed to tell us.

Weekend en málaga

+ El apartamento está en general bastante bien y lo mejor es la ubicación. Es perfecta para ir andando a todos lados.

− El baño tiene algunos desperfectos que dan un poquito de mala impresión,como una mancha de humedad enorme encima de la ducha,a la puerta le falta un trozo del marco y en el suelo de la entrada al baño el remate está roto y hay un trocito que siempre está por ahí suelto,aunque lo vuelvas a colocar.

Perfect centraal gelegen appartement met alle benodigdheden.

+ Perfecte ligging, zeer centraal en alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Ideaal!

− Het water in de douche liep langzaam weg, de kotnaden waren een beetje slordig, maar het verblijf was geweldig fijn!

Nice place for a weekend trip to Malaga

+ The location is perfect - just around the corner from the old town. Walking distance to the beach ( it took us about 30 mins to walk), the apartment has nice balconies and everything we needed for a short weekend stay. Check in was via lockbox, instructions sent by the host.

Ottimo appartamento

+ Posizione comoda centrale con parcheggio (su prenotazione) vicino. Comodo il self check in, ma proprietario disponibile e gentile. Casa accogliente con tutti i servizi e ben organizzata. Presenza di ascensore, aria condizionata e bidet. Dall esterno l edificio è stupendo e le finestre isolano bene il rumore della strada

Perfecto apartamento para pasar unos days.

+ Apartamento confortable para pasar unos days. Apenas hay ruido del exterior. Cerca de todo.

− Cortinas. Aunque eran opacas, no lo suficiente para no dejar entrar la luz por la mañana. No entra mucha luz sin embargo, hasta que pongan cortinas más opacas, llevar antifaz. Aún así, con antifaz se duerme muy bien.

Nice apartment right next to the old town.

+ Well equipped and spacious apartment very close to the old town. Bus stop right at the door. Very nice of the owner to leave water in the fridge and coffee on the table. The bed was clear and in overall all was fine.

− Bad smell in the apartment - the smell of an old apartment, damp, not sufficiently ventilated. Mold on the shower ceiling. Stains on the couch. App needs refreshing in my opinion.

Convenient location, comfortable apartment.

+ The location was perfect! The bed was super comfortable, I loved having a washer and dryer for laundry mid trip, and the room was very spacious.

− The bathroom was a bit small and it was not super easy to leave baggage at the early hour we arrived. We ended up checking our bags as Los Barios del 22 via Bounce app (cute rubber ducky shop with amazing staff) until we were able to check in.

− En mi opinión este apartamento no merece la puntuación que tiene en Booking, ya que resulta engyearsa. Entre los aspectos negativos destacaría las instalaciones, la falta de limpieza y la ausencia de repuesta a los mensajes que envié para que me confirmaran el abono del parking. En conjunto la experiencia estuvo muy por debajo de lo esperado. Es la primera vez que me encuentro un accommodation cuya puntuación en Booking está tan alejada de la realidad

+ Great location, clean, stylish, bed was comfy, everything you need for your stay, the hosts were extremely helpful and kind, we would definitely stay again

Top Lage!

+ Lage Top! Super Grösse, Küche gut ausgestattet.

− Bettsofa war fürs Kind nicht parat. Entsprechend haben wir das Sofa selbst geöffnet, Matratze jedoch sehr eklig. Haben dann unsere Deckenbezüge als Duvet benutzt und selbst mit den Duschtücher zugedeckt... Keines der Kopfkissen war bezogen... das war etwas eklig und wir haben ohneKissen schlafen müssen. Auf unsere Whatsapp Nachrichten hat der Host nicht mehr reagiert... Auch waren die Anweisungen fürs Check Out nicht vorgängig verfügbar. Host schrieb uns am Abreisetag nach dem wir bereits ausgecheckt haben, dass er die Wohnung noch "abnehmen" will... naja, was soll ich tun wenns keine Infos gibt :) Man hört auch bei geschlossenen Fenster alle Autos die vorbeifahren, hat uns persönlich aber nicht gestört.
