im Sommer sicher schön und kühl! abseits gelegen mitten im Wald, man ist wirklich für sich
die Küchenausstattung könnte besser sein, die Geschirrspültabs sind abgezählt, auch Toilettenpapier mussten wir nachkaufen; bei unserem Aufenthalt war es noch ziemlich kühl (besonders inmitten des Waldes) - es war in der Unterkunft wirklich kalt, Feuerholz gab es auch auf Nachfrage nicht mehr.. insgesamt war die Unterkunft einfach ungemütlich. Vor allem mit den großen Fenstern ohne Vorhängen war es total gruselig.. man ist alleine mitten im Wald, von außen sieht jeder alles.
Die Finca lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Finca liegt sehr ruhig in einer Sackgasse in der noch eine weitere Finca unterhalb steht ( ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß von Pollenca Innenstadt entfernt), mit Blick auf die Berge. Sehr modern eingerichtet und ausreichend Liegen und Sitzfläche ( Lounge und Tisch ) um den Pool, ein Gasgrill ist vorhanden ( für entspannte Grillabende ). Hatten zu Beginn auch ein Willkommenspaket mit allen wichtigen Dinge erhalten, so ist man für die ersten Tage gut ausgestattet und kann den Urlaub entspannt starten. Ich würde es nicht als Kritikpunkte sehen, ist aber zu erwähnen. Der Pool hat entgegen der Broschüre in der Finca „nur“ eine Tiefe von ca. 90cm ( zum abkühlen aber trotzdem ausreichend), da der Poolbereich auf dem Durchweg zu einer anderen Finca liegt, hätte man eine blickdichtere Abgrenzung wählen können ( für uns war dies aber nicht sehr störend, und dient eher als Anregung hier evtl. einen anderen Sichtschutz zu verwenden ). Da während unseres Aufenthalt die WM gestartet ist, hätten wir gerne das ein oder andere Spiel im TV geschaut. Leider sind in der Finca keinerlei Sender zu empfangen ( Netflix und Amazon liefen aber ohne Probleme ). Wir hatten trotzdem eine sehr schöne Woche und können diese Finca anstandslos weiterempfehlen, man kann nichts falsch machen 😊.

Access. We arrived in the dark and had difficulty locating the property. A sign on the road would have helped. The access road from Pollenca is narrow.
Fab location, lots of space and seating, really clean and made a lovely base for our holiday.
Bit tricky finding the villa as GPS code not quite right but could manage using the written instructions although a few more pictures might me helpful
