Accommodation conditions

En este accommodation no se pueden celebrar despedidas de soltero o soltera ni fiestas similares.
•Any activity that disturbs the normal coexistence of the community where the home is located, such as loud music, noise or parties, the organization of the latter being expressly prohibited, and that causes well-founded complaints from neighbors, will be sufficient cause for immediate eviction. without the right to refund any of the amounts paid.
•Tenants agree to make good use of the facilities, equipment and utensils of the home and the community. Any damage, loss or breakage will be the responsibility of the customer.
•The tenant agrees to keep the property clean, as well as to leave the kitchen, as well as the utensils used, clean and tidy at the time of departure.
•Loss of the keys to the portal will entail an additional charge of €50.
•In the case of using WIFI access, the actions carried out will be the exclusive responsibility of the tenant during the time of their stay.
•GESPROHOUSE is not responsible for the personal effects of the client or those accompanying them.
•It is prohibited to bring furniture into the home or carry out work or repairs in it, without express authorization from the management.
•It is prohibited to introduce explosive or flammable materials or substances or others that may cause damage or inconvenience to the other occupants of the property.
•It is prohibited to use, without authorization, devices that significantly alter the consumption expected in the supplies.
•Failure to comply with the regulations established in these internal regulations will entitle management to terminate the contract. The owner of the home may seek assistance from the authorities' agents to evict tenants who fail to comply with the internal regulations, as well as all those who intend to access or remain in the home for a purpose other than normal.
A deposit may be required at the property.
