Good

+ El piso en general no está mal, sólo necesita corregir algunos detalles.

− La cama puede ser mejor, el baño necesita un refresh y faltan enseres de la cocina, como por ejemplo una sartén.

+ Un accommodation súper cómodo estuvimos 4 days y fenomenal cerca de la estación de autobuses, accesible a supermercados y por lo menos a 7 min andando a la playa

− Habitación junto con cocina, muy pequeño.cuando abres la nevera da a la cama. No hay armarios ni muebles..la taza del WC petada al mueble del lavabo, casi no puedes sentarte. El agua de la ducha se sale, hay una cortina de nada..está muy viejito, necesita un buen repaso. Cleaning regular, en el baño había una cucaracha muerta. Las tuberías huelen mucho y mal.

Piso para pocos dias en Torrevieja.

+ Los dueños son muy amables. Me ayudaron con un problema con la llave incluso siendo de noche. Y me trajeron un radiador extra. El piso tiene muchos electrodomesticos. Y es luminoso. Está muy cerca de la playa y de un mercadona.

− Las tuberias del baño huelen mucho. La calefacción es del AC y hace ruido. El piso no está reformado pero es la decoración,los muebles y la ropa de cama y cortinas lo que lo hace ver feo y viejo. El colchón se deformaba. Hubiese agradecido que la ropa de cama oliera mejor. Los dueños no hablan absolutamente nada de español asi que la comunicación es difícil. Tuve que insistir muchísimo para conseguir que me dieran una factura al final de la estancia.

Прожил 7 дней. Замечательно. Других слов нет. Полное соответствие описанию. Чистота, как в аптеке.

+ Чистота, обходительность и дружелюбность хозяйки, близость к морю, цена, тишина. Студия полностью укомплектована всем необходимым и даже больше. Мне очень понравилось, без нареканий. В следующий раз, не раздумывая, сниму эту квартиру еще раз.

− Sábanas viejas, baño sucio, con pelos y bichos. La ducha mal, se salía el agua. Los utensilios de cocina muy viejos y pocos.

+ Perfecto para unos days en pareja no está lejos de la playa a unos 7 minutos andando todo estaba limpio y ordenado y la persona que no entregó las llaves súper simpática

− La cama, horrorosa ,el wc mal no podays sentarte bien de lo pegado que está al lavabo aparte te duchas y se sale todo el agua.

+ Very central, clean with all facilities and necessary items......Toiletries, cooking oil, towels and a complimentary bottle of wine and water. Really enjoyed our time at the studio.

Avarage

+ - The location of the studio is great- very close to the beach and the city center. - Free parking around the area. I suppose in the busy season it will be more difficult to find a spot

− - the frame of the bed was extremely loud. Anytime you turn or move it makes so much noise, the other person wakes up. You should stay still all the time if you want to be quiet. - hot water- you don't have hot water more than 5 min. I couldn't even wash my hair as i keep running out of hot water - it will be a plus if they added wi-fi to the apartment (they did list that there isn't any) - when met to get the keys, the person only spoke Russian (and i don't) so i couldn't ask any additional questions which i had in mind

+ It was very well located, the apartment has everything you need and it's very comfy! We loved our stay!! The only thing that was problematic for us was not having wifi But besides of this it was really nice :) would totally recommend! The owner is nice too and you can ask her if something is not right
