+ My friends and I were planning a graduation trip to Tenerife, and we stumbled upon Casa Tara. I'm so glad we did, because our stay was impeccable! The property is perfect for a larger group looking for a relaxing getaway in South Tenerife. Although the location is a bit out of the way, the quiet serenity of the property is well worth the drive. We were greeted upon arrival, and the hosts were quickly responsive about any questions that arose. The pool is the cherry on top of this stay - the perfect way to cool off and take in the amazing views. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone travelling to Tenerife!

+ Nos gustó todo. Es un sitio precioso en una zona maravillosa, regentado por personas muy amables. Super recomendado.

Een mooi, heel ruim, gezellig huis met misschien wel het mooiste uitzicht van Tenerife.

+ De sfeer van het huis is geweldig, het lijkt een oude finca, maar het is eigenlijk nieuw gebouwd. Het is verschrikkelijk ruim, de keuken ontzettend goed uigerust, tot aan een blender en staafmixer. Het terras is heel ruim met drie verschillende zitplekken, het zwembad groot en verwarmd - maar het mooiste is het uitzicht. Elke dag een andere zonsondergang met zicht op La Gomera en bij helder weer zelfs La Palma. Hoogtepunt van de dag, we zorgden dat we rond zonsondergang thuis waren, zo mooi...

Our dream house

+ We and our friends had a wonderful time. The house is so beatifull and serene. Trully like an oasis. It has everything we can think of or need. Great veiws for the deck and the pool. The owners are the sweetest people ever. We've stay there twice now and for sure we'll comming back again.

Tolle Finca mit super Blick, einem gepflegtem Garten und sehr freundlichen/herzlichen Vermietern.

+ Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Finca ! Wir waren mir einer Gruppe von acht Männern (52-59) dort. Es war zu 100% das, was wir und vorgestellt hatten. Angefangen von einem tollen Blick auf den Atlantik, weiter mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche. Toll war auch der Garten, an dem man merkte, dass die Vermieter ihr ganzes Herzblut in diesen stecken. Und zu guter letzt: tolle Vermieter, sowohl die Großeltern als auch die Enkelkinder waren sehr freundlich und herzlich, Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Wir haben die Finca für unseren nächsten Trip wieder fest eingeplant !

Rustikale Unterkunft mit grossem gepflegtem Garten und schönem Pool

+ Wir waren jetzt das zweite mal in der Casa Tara und es war wie beim letzten mal wunderschön dort. Das Haus liegt ruhig oberhalb von Bananenplantagen mit Blick auf den Ozean und La Gomera. Ein Mietwagen ist unabdingbar, mit dem Auto erreicht man schnell Supermärkte und die Küste. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt voller schöner bunter Blumen. einen derart liebevoll gepflegten Garten findet man ganz selten bei Ferienhäusern in Spanien! Der Pool ist groß, angenehm beheizt und bietet genug Sonnenliegen im Schatten oder in der Sonne. Das Haus ist rustikal gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es gibt jetzt auch eine Kapselmaschine für Kaffee. Weiterhin erhält man genügend Handtücher auch für den Pool und hat zusätzlich eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung. Toll ist die große überdachte Terrasse mit zahlreichen bequemen Sitzmöglichkeiten und malerischen Sonnenuntergängen über La Gomera. Die Kommunikation mit Ana ist schon vor der Reise überaus nett, man erhält vorab bereits wichtige Informationen. Vor Ort kümmern sich dann ihre Eltern Bella und Fernando um das Wohlbefinden. Vielen Dank wieder an Euch Drei für den traumhaften Aufenthalt in der Casa Tara! Wir planen schon den nächsten Aufenthalt!

Beautiful secluded hill side family stay.

+ Beautiful and secluded. All the appliances in the house helped when traveling with a large family and two small babies. Pool brilliant for cooling off and the outside eating area was ideal for large family dinners.

− No air conditioning, however due to the layout of the rooms and property the natural cooling was pretty good. The ceiling fans also cooled well. We knew there was no air conditioning prior to booking and I would stay again regardless of air conditioning. It is an amazing property.

+ Tout était parfait , propre , nous n’avons manqué de rien . C’est une magnifique villa avec une vue sur la mer .Fernando et Bella sont des hôtes très gentils .

− Juste la route pour accéder à la villa mais qui est vite oublié lorsqu’on arrive .

Lovely holidays

+ We spent 10 wonderful days at Casa Tara with a group of 9 people. The villa is absolutely beautiful, with a charming, traditional Spanish style. Some of the furniture is a bit older, but everything was very, very clean and well-maintained. The garden is lovely, with lots of greenery and a stunning view. The pool is spacious, and the kids especially loved all the little lizards running around. We had two cars, which made it a great base for exploring nearby attractions and towns. The owners were amazing—very helpful and kind, but also respectful of our privacy. We truly hope to come back one day!

+ The property is perfect to get away from all the hustle of the modern world. It has a very unique canarain charm.

− The only struggles we had was some of the furniture was a little dated and sometimes uncomfortable.

Hidden oasis

+ It is just a perfect green oasis with marvelous views of the ocean and Los Gigantes. The sunsets are breathtaking. You can feel the love that was put in this place, with all the tiny details in the interior and the garden. Beautiful rooms and cosy common areas, great pool and a lot of plants made this a perfect location for our group of 10 friends.

− Apparently, we were "lucky" to stay at the time of year when flies swarm the neighborhood. House does have all the possible means to fight them, but they just keep coming back. We got used to them at some point, but for some people that might be a deal-breaker.
