Soggiorno per famiglie

+ Struttura con attenzione particolare per i bambini. Le stanze sono enormi anche se un po’ buie. La colazione e il buffet serale ottimi. Anche nella serata italiana se la sono cavata discretamente.

− La piscina molto carina ma inutilizzabile per via dell’acqua gelida. La piscina interna molto piccola.

− L’emplacement de la chambre la vue beaucoup trop de vis à vis et on voyait trop peu la mer alors que l’on avait pris suite vue mer on était limite dos à la mer. Et le manque de place du parking de l’hôtel

− Die musikalische Programmgestaltung einmal in der Woche am Abend war zu laut. Es machte keinen Unterschied, ob die Fenster offen oder geschlossen waren.

+ Buenas instalaciones y animación para ir con niños. Tienes la playa al lado y algunos chiringuitos para poder comer o tomar algo.

− El ambiente. El personal es muy poco amable. Hacen su trabajo correctamente pero una sonrisa o un comment agradable siempre viene bien.

+ nice hotel with many vacation facilities. we only stayed one night so we did not enjoy all the hotel offers. the breakfast was very good, and there are very nice restaurants within a walking distance.

+ Eigentlich alles bis auf das langsame Internet. Lage und Personal sind großartig. Unterhaltung für Kinder ist auch außergewöhnlich.

− Wie gesagt, das Internet ist echt mies. Zumindest wenn man eine PS Portal hat. Außerdem könnte die Schränke mehr Schubladen benötigen. Ist aber meckern auf seeeehr hohem Niveau. Ist ein tolles Hotel

− Seul bémol, nous avions pris une suite vue mer mais étant donné qu'on était en RDC, la vue mer était cachée par une haie. Dommage. Il faudrait le préciser quand on réserve car la vue mer coûte quand même plus cher que la vue jardin

+ Bardzo pozytywny obiekt. Smaczne i różnorodne śniadania, osobna część dla dzieci. Pokój bardzo czysty. Wszystkie łóżka wygodne za wyjątkiem jednej z części rozkładanej sofy na której spały dzieci, tam materac był cienki i druty stelaża były wyczuwalne. Basen czysty, siłownia dobrze wyposażona, stół do ping ponga mega temat dla całej rodziny podobnie jak stół do snookera. Naprawdę w tych pieniądzach nie ma się co czepiać. Polecam

+ Csodás kilátás a szobából. A félpanzió kiváló volt, kellő választék.

+ Atendimento na recepção e no pequeno-almoço. Quarto espaçoso, tranquilo e confortável.

− Água da piscina com tratamento muito forte.

+ Gostamos muito do hotel, é sem dúvida INCRÍVEL

+ The location is perfect and the view to the ocean. The hotel was clean, the food selection was various and we really liked the themed dinners. It’s also great that they have an inside pool which is warm.

− We had a downgrade of our room, we got a room which was half the size of the original room, without any notice from the receptionist, when we recognised that the room is different from what we had booked, we went down and claimed around it. The answer was “yes, it’s a downgrade but you can have free drinks for today’s dinner”. It’s a no go from a hotel to give a different room which was booked without any notice and explanation. After the claim on the second day we finally got our original booked room. Nobody asked during our stay, if everything was okay or if we need something, even after checking out and leaving, which was a really big disappointment from such a hotel.

+ Super hotel, bardzo duży i czysty apartament z aneksem kuchennym, 2 sypialnie z wygodnymi łóżkami i przynależne do nich 2 łazienki oraz spory taras. Ponadto smaczne śniadania i dużo atrakcji dla dzieci.

− Pokoje ogólnie dobrze sprzątane jedynie podłogi mogłyby być częściej i lepiej czyszczone.
