Volvería a estar sin problemas

+ La ubicación era muy cómoda y tuve muy buena comunicación con cualquier pregunta que tuviera. La cocina estaba completamente equipada y tanto la tele y el aire acondicionado eran cómodos de usar

− Las instalaciones no estaban en el mejor estado. La puerta principal y de la ducha eran algo incómodas de abrir. Pero son detalles pequeños.

+ Todo perfecto 👌, recomendable 100%

+ Vicinanza a supermercato, pulizia e WiFi

− Telecamere che puntano dentro casa , quindi obbligati a stare sempre con le tende chiuse, bagno dentro la camera e quindi bisogna avere una enorme intimità (difficile se non si è coppia già assodata)

Comfortable and clean complete apartment. Owner accessible.

+ The apartment was clean and bed comfortable. Full kitchen with washing machine. Has air conditioning. Iron & board if needed. Small Diner/ living space. 10 mins. Walking to metro station: Batán. Has a supermarket across the street. There is a pharmacy in the same building. There is a construction going on; however if you maintain the windows close, you will not hear it. There are also in the main road a 3-5 mins walk places to eat. Good WiFi. Owner accessible if needed.

Lovely park and metro line 10 - perfect for a short stay

+ Near the metro station, line 10; several bus stations as well. All utilities that you need for a short stay. Easy access, no need to pick up keys. Super market across the street. Lovely park nearby.

− Toilet integrated in the bedroom, with see through shower. Open space concept. Only for couples.

Cómodo y buena relación calidad-precio

− Faltaba espejo grande para vestirse y el WC es muy poco íntimo.

+ Apartman je dobro opremljen, čist i generalno dobra opcija za kraći boravak. Povoljan je u odnosu na lokaciju i sadržaje koje poseduje. Najveća prednost je lokacija. Naselje je bezbedno, sa dosta školske dece i živahnih penzionera koje smo sretali. Pored zgrade je veliki market, a u ulici tik iza zgrade je besplatan javni parking. Naše iskustvo je da je automobil dva dana bio na parkingu netaknut. Metro stanica je na 8-10 minuta peške od apartmana. A oko metro stanice je veliki park sa dosta zelenila. Do centra Madrida stiže se nakon kraće vožnje metroom (3 stanice), vozilom broj 10.

− Imati u vidu da su građevinski radovi odmah ispred apartmana, teška mašinerija. Radovi počinju rano ujutru i traju do večernjih sati. Stan je dobro zvučno izolovan, pa nama to nije predstavljalo problem.

− Había obras en la zona y no se nos informó al respecto. Empezaban a trabajar de noche y a veces había un poco más de ruido del esperado.

+ The place looked very nice, and is a good location, because there is a supermarket next to the place. Metro station is 5 to 8 min of walking.

− The bed squeaks every time you move. Water is leaking from a sink at the bathroom. There is a construction site right in front of a place. You hear them work from 8 am, even on Sunday.

Ανετη διαμονή.

+ Το διαμέρισμα είναι στο ισόγειο και είναι άνετο για 2 άτομα. Εχει κουζίνα με τα απαραίτητα σκεύη για να ετοιμάσει κάποιος τα γεύματα του. Πολύ καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο. Για την είσοδο μας είχαν στείλει κάποιο κωδικό. Η κλειδαριά άνοιγε, πατώντας τον κωδικό στο κινητό και πλησιάζοντας την συσκευή κοντά στην κλειδαριά άνοιγε αυτόματα. Ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ εξυπηρετικός. Μας έφτιαξε αμέσως τον σωλήνα στο ντουζ που είχε πρόβλημα. Απέναντι υπάρχει σούπερ μάρκετ. Το μετρό βρίσκεται σε μικρή απόσταση γύρω στα 5 λεπτά. Σε 3 στάσεις βρίσκεσαι στο κέντρο της Μαδρίτης.

− Στο μπάνιο και το ντουζ το διαχωριστικό τζάμι θα μπορούσε να είναι αμμοβολή και όχι διάφανο.

+ Od ulaska u apartman imali smo samo pozitivna iskustva. Izuzetno čisto, uredno, imali smo sve što nam je bilo potrebno .Hesus je obezbedio sve neophodne informacije koje su potrebne tokom boravka, izuzetno je ljubazan i predusretljiv. Prodavnica se nalazi na par koraka od apartmana, apoteka isto tako. Metro i autobuska stanica su na oko 5-10minuta, ali kraj je miran tako da nema bojazni za kretanje.

+ El Estacionamiento en la calle es un problema

− L'impression d'être enfermé. L'appartement donne sur l'autoroute, en ce moment en travaux, poussière et bruit, sur 3 voies. Impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres. Vraiment à déconseiller.

The unit is good but badly located. The door lock is a serious fire hazard.

+ Location was bad. 10 meters in front of the door is a 4 lane highway which is now being rebuilt, so a lot of machinery noise.

− See above. No directions to property therefore we ended up in completely wrong subway station. So easily avoided with some decent directions.
