Pessima permanenza al buio

+ Posizione centrale e ben collegata a piedi

− Appena entrati abbiamo trovato dei difetti in casa, divano letto rotto da un lato, porte con chiavistello difettato e piatto doccia che si fletteva. Soprattutto abbiamo avuto quattro blackout elettrico solo nel nostro appartamento e in altri due nel giro di un giorno e mezzo (il nostro soggiorno è stato di tre giorni), dalla durata media di non meno di un'ora. La host alla nostra richiesta di riaccendere la luce è stata abbastanza disponibile a risolvere. PS. illuminazione della camera NON c'era

50% of the time is no power

+ The only thing that I liked was Malaga as a city but accomodation was and still is a bad experience. I am still talking with Booking but with no succes for the payment that Booking charged me for talking to them about the issues that I had at this accomodation. So, after you pay a lot of money and pay again for some "free" service from Booking, 2 x charges you can enjoy the lies from the owner about the power issues they have, only at one room from the apartment block but apparently is all Malaga... Malaga is amaizing, accomodation not! Too expensive and tends to put a shaddow on your holiday!

− De douche was veel kleiner dan verwacht, de tafel en barstoelen kraakte enorm en zaten los. Wij hebben onze rolluiken niet open gedaan omdat we anders geen privacy hadden, alle ramen van de andere appartementen kijken op elkaar uit. Je hoort alles was er gebeurd buiten jouw kamer.

+ We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything we needed was available, and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The sofa-cum-bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious — much bigger than we expected. The AC worked exceptionally well, which was a huge plus in the August heat. We actually spent quite a lot of our relaxing time on the sofa because it was so comfortable! The rooms were very clean, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We stayed as a family of two adults and one child, and the hosts were extremely helpful and welcoming. When we arrived, the apartment was almost ready and had just been cleaned, so we only had to wait a few minutes. We also needed a pushchair for our child, and the host kindly arranged one for us from whatever was available. This was incredibly helpful and much appreciated. We also requested a late check-out of around 30 minutes, and they were very accommodating and said it was absolutely fine. Their willingness to help really made our stay more comfortable. The location is another big advantage. It is very close to the port and beach, and many of the designer shops and main attractions are within easy reach. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The property, location, cleanliness, facilities, and especially the helpful hosts were all excellent. I would definitely recommend this property and would be very happy to stay here again!

− There wasn’t really anything major that we didn’t like about the property, and we are very happy to give it 5 stars. A few small improvements could make the stay even better. It would be helpful to have kitchen tissues and hand wash provided. The bathroom shower could also be improved, as it appears to be slightly damaged. As a small welcoming touch, having some biscuits or a little snack available for children on arrival would be lovely, especially for families travelling with young kids. Other than these minor points, everything was great and we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

+ Grande salon y muy fresco ya que aparte del aire centra teniamos uno pequeño que enfriaba mucho y la zona perfecta

− Estan muy currasas los sillones y butacas falta un poco mas de mantenimiento

+ Il divano era molto comodo, il tavolo della cucina molto ampio. Cucina ben attrezzata.

− La doccia era un po' piccola e la finestra della stanza che da sul corridoio dove passano le persone per raggiungere le altre abitazioni.

+ Very central location. Close to the old centre, cafes, shops and restaurants.

− Apartment was very basic and needs a lot of TLC. Shower was very small, no breakfast bowls in the kitchen, microwave not working properly and only spars amount of cups not sufficient for 4 people. Sofa bed was bit dirty. The roof terrace that is advertised as an extra outdoor space which we were very excited about was a let down. It was dirty, with pigeons droppings around and clearly not being used. There was frequent electricity outage during our 3 day stay with wifi being affected in our apartment. AC was very loud so if you need to keep it on at night like we had to in early August with temperatures around 30 Celsius at night, you better bring earplugs.

MAGNIFICA

+ Abbiamo affittato ben 5 appartamenti e l’esperienza è stata semplicemente eccellente! Gli appartamenti sono spaziosi, curati e dotati di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La terrazza è magnifica, perfetta per rilassarsi e godersi il panorama. Un ringraziamento speciale va al personale, davvero gentilissimo, accogliente e sempre super disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza, facendoci sentire come a casa. La posizione è eccellente, comodissima per raggiungere le principali attrazioni e muoversi facilmente. Se dovessimo tornare, sceglieremmo sicuramente questa struttura di nuovo. Assolutamente consigliata!

+ This was my 3rd stay in a year! I won’t stay anywhere else! It’s just the perfect base for exploring Malaga! Take your morning coffee and sit on the lovely roof terrace before heading out. The apartments are so quiet and I sleep so well when I’m here!

Alojamiento top

+ El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de tu estancia. La comunicación con los propietarios es fluida y la entrada autónoma. En cuanto a apartamento, dispone de un salon grande con un soma que se abre para hacerse cama y es comodo. La cocina es tipo abierta y tiene lo indispensable. El baño muy limpio y comodo. La habitación con cama de matrimonio es espaciosa y cuenta con un armario bastante grande. Destacar que tiene un aire acondicionado que funciona muy bien y se pone en todo el apartamento. La ubicación es inmejorable ya que se encuentra en pleno centro. Nosotros aparcamos en parking indigo mena que se encuentra a unos 5 minutos andando.

− Por sacar alguna pega, la nevera era pequeña y no disponía de congelador. La TV aunque era smart tv era muy pequeña.

+ Location is awsome! I was traveling with my mum and there was no problem in getting additional set of bedding, so we won't sleep in one bed. Apartment was quiet and clean, and it has shared terrace at the roof!.
