The property was very clean, but there were some concerns regarding the pool cleanliness.
Hosts Cristobal and Xesca were wonderful, offering great service throughout the stay.
Fantastic location with easy access to Pollença and local amenities.
The room quality was high with a comfortable bed and well-functioning appliances.
Well-equipped property with beautiful pool and lovely garden.

Very good communication with Cristobal who always responded promptly and the handover was smooth and trouble free. The property was spotlessly clean and in a very convenient location.
Bed covers could have been better ( we had some chilly days)

The pool and view were beautiful. The property was well equipped. Comfortable bed, good AC and lovely shower. Being able to walk into gorgeous Pollença was fantastic. Supermarket and bus stop very close. Bus easy and convenient.
We were surprised the pool wasn’t cleaned whilst there. It would be handy to have a full length mirror. It was disappointing to only leave one bin liner and loo roll and nothing to clean the toilet. Be prepared for mosquitoes!
Amazing little property on the outskirts of Old Pollenca. Everything needed is there and everything is very clean. We stayed for two weeks and had a laundry change on the middle Saturday. The house itself is so lovely and important things work really well, like the air con and shower. The garden setting and pool are just sublime and again everything needed is on hand. Amazing location. It is about a 15 minute walk into town and there are a couple of bars and restaurants along the way (and a chemist). Also a very nice restaurant a hundred metres away at the roundabout. Peurto Pollenca, Alcudia, and even Palma can all be reached using buses that stop close to the house. I believe there is even a bus to Soller although we chose to drive. Cristobal and Xesca are wonderful hosts and nothing was too much trouble. Will certainly come back.

Good location, nice garden
Bathroom silicone was mouldy Kitchen had no basic items like salt and pepper, cooking oil, sugar, tea, bin bags. It’s surprising for the price to have to go and buy these items when only staying for four days. I don’t believe other guests don’t leave some stuff behind, it must all be taken away. Limited TV channels for English. Sofa is not comfortable (old and cheap). Nothing about this property is luxury, yet the price we paid at over £300 per night suggests it should be much better. This can’t be helped but the neighbours dogs are noisy so it’s not relaxing. Towels felt like cardboard. Owner was nice enough but should do a lot better for the price he charges.
Within a short and safe walk to the main square of Pollença with plenty restaurants and good holiday vibe.Very peaceful at night , sitting out in the veranda enjoying a glass of wine. A perfect base to visit Pollença port and Cala St Vincent . Return each evening to cool down in pool.
A lovely setting with easy access to main roads to get out and about and explore the island
Perfect little stay for a couple, beautiful views and was in a great location, within walking distance into Pollença and not far from the port, Formenter etc. Cristobal was also a pleasure at showing us the ropes of the house.
Well appointed small house ideal for our stay. Just a short walk into town. Super base for exploring. Very congenial host. Very good supermarkets a couple of minutes drive away.

It was lovely having such a private outside space with pool. We loved being able to walk to Pollenca so easily, and enjoyed eating at the restaurant two minutes down the road
A great Casa - 15 minutes walk into the very centre of Pollenca but also bars and restaurants closer. The property is very well equipped with lots of natural shade in the large and well kept garden. Pool was lovely, especially at night when it is lit, as is the garden. Lovely views into the mountains, a great place to stay
