+ Wszystko było tak jak w ogłoszeniu. Komunikacja z gospodarzem bez zarzutu. Mieszkanie czyste, położone w wyśmienitej lokalizacji - lepszej nie można sobie wymarzyć. Wszystko super!

Estepona nas zachwyciła, uroczne i klimatyczne miejsce.

+ Apartament w świetnej lokalizacji, w centrum, w sąsiedztwie różnych restauracji. Wszystkie niezbędne przybory były na miejscu.

− Dość głośno wieczorem do późna z uwagi na tętniące życiem centrum, ale nie był to duży minus. Mieliśmy wypożyczony samochód i ciężko było z parkowaniem, czasami nie było też miejsca na pobliskim parkingu.

+ everything is simple and has everything you need, nearby parking for 1€, the promenade and many restaurants. before check-in we were met by a girl from the agency. the furniture is very old but looks good

− it is very noisy, there is no sound insulation at all, at the corner of the apartment several establishments work until late at night, I did not manage to sleep well for 3 days

Overall stay was nice as mentioned the location was central, and the beach was a 2 minute walk which was great.

+ Location was fantastic, right in the centre of everything.

− Air conditioning unit operated poorly, there was a tube fed into a plant pot that accumulated condensation from the air con that filled multiple times a day, despite myself and my partner only having it on in the evening as we where out all day. There was no mention of needing to change the plant pot until the owner mentioned there was a leakage to the downstairs neighbours room. Myself and my partner would need to change this 3 or 4 times a day which is not convenient when your on holiday and out most of the day. We ended up using a large water bottle to collect the water. We did not appreciate the owners attitude towards the situation as it was our fault this occurred, getting random phone calls and text messages to say they where disappointed we did not change the water, despite having sent multiple videos etc. This is not our responsibility to be sorting as we have paid the accommodation, if there was such an issue, the owner could have attended the property or invested in a better air conditioning system.

Perfect location, very good price.

+ It is very nice and compact. It lays in the center of everything. The beach, restaurants, cafes and even the shopping centre. You can cook for yourself, you have a little fridge with a freezer and a good working airco. When you have a problem just text Manuel and he will fix it for you. We had a little leak in the house and he instantly got us another apartment in the same building which was such an upgrade.

− Could be a bit noisy till 23:00. But if you just eat outside like everyone else does and you come back you will have complete silence.

+ The location was good to get around easily to all the cafes, restaurants and bars.

− The unit had a bad case of carbon monoxide when the shower was running in the kitchen. The restaurant below the bedroom window was very noisy each night except on Sunday when they were closed.
