+ L'appartement est très jolie et très fonctionnel, la terrasse est agréable et permet d'avoir une belle vue sur la mer. Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement et la propriétaire est super adorable, de bon conseil et très reactive aux demandes multiples que l'on peut avoir.

A good flat in Ocata

+ A quaint rustic apartment, close to the nice cafes and shops in Ocata. It was a quiet and peaceful area at night. The flat felt spacious, the bed was comfortable, with plenty of heaters in the flat for chilly nights. Cristina was pleasant and helpful.

+ Привітний власник. Нормальний розмір помешкання. Непогана тераса. Укомплектування потрібними дрібницями (праска, штопор, кавоварка і т.п.). Пральна машина, яка дуже стала в нагоді. Дуже добре розташування, поряд хороший пляж та станція для поїздки в Барселону.

− Без кондиціонера в липні все ж дуже важко, хоча про його відсутність було зрозуміло заздалегідь. А ось що дійсно розчарувало, за що власне і була обрана квартира за немалі гроші, так саме за відгуки про чистоту. Тут стався повний провал. Посуд був частково брудний, з плямами. Той , що був помитий, вкрився пилом. До того ж, сам він дуже старий, а деякі пательні, ножі та ложки і взагалі неможна використовувати через старість або іржу. Рушники хоч і були на вигляд виправними, але були в іржавих плямах від чи то гачків для рушників, чи то від чогось іншого. Їх довелося спочатку прати, тільки потім використовувати. І хоча підлога і інші поверхні були чисті, але цього недостатньо для високого стандарту чистоти. Зрозуміло, що ми одразу перемили для себе потрібний посуд і випрали рушники, і вже ніяк персонал би тут не зарадив (адже чистота повинна бути до приїзду мешканців), але такий рівень зовсім не відповідає ціні на апартаменти. Адже платили ми не по 50 євро/доба. І навіть не по 100 євро/доба. А більше. Сподіваюсь, мій відгук не образить, а допоможе власниками виправити ці недоліки і стати краще вже в найближчому майбутньому

+ The apartment is amazing with a love for details that make you feel at home. There are everything you need and even more (iron, oven, washing machine, microwave etc) Kristina is really helpful and nice. Location is perfect: you can easily get the most attractions of Barcelona in 30 minutes. We enjoyed the staying in El Masnou because of its beach line, quietness and beauty.

+ The flat is walking distance to the beach and the train station. 30minutes away from Barcelona but the trains weren't always on time.

− The flat provides three electric fans as it doesn't have any air-con - it can get unbearable in the heat.

+ very good apartments that convey the sea theme and the mood of a vacation. it's nice to have a separate room for your belongings, so there won't be a lot of stuff all over the apartment. close to the sea, there are all amenities. there are supermarkets nearby in the city. the owner of the apartment is very nice and friendly. we liked everything 💛

A Very Good Appartment

+ We were 2 couples and we enjoyed staying in this apartment. It had all we needed and a bathroom in the hallway.. Christina was a wonderful host and helped us a lot.. We can definitely recommended Christina's place. It Is a bit far from Barcelona, but the train station is nearby and going to and from Barcelona easy.. At the translation there were friendly people that can help you in English to buy tickets.. You must buy Zone 2 Tickets... The best is to buy TFamiliar (8 tickets) that can be used by more than 1 person if you are a group like us...

+ I like the location, staffs are nice and we got all the things we need.

− Weird decorations making the place a little bit uncomfortable, less bright and less positive.. it may not be for everyone bit it is for us.

+ Centrally situated. Close to everything! Beach, shops, restaurants and train station all close. Was very nice that spices, oil, etc. for cooking was there.

Great location for a couple of days relaxing on the beach easily reached by train from Barcelona.

+ Great location just behind the beach. The beach was only a 2 minute walk away and the beach could be seen from the separate roof terrace. Good facilities in the apartment with comfortable bed and a washing machine. The host, Cristina, was very helpful and informative.

+ The interior and equipment in real life looks even better than in the pictures. It is perfectly equipped. The apartment is located very close to the beach, local shops, restaurants, cafes and the train station (10min). El Masnou is the perfect location to relax after exploring the bustling city of Barcelona. (30min) Cristina from the moment of booking until the day of departure was in constant contact with us, recommended great restaurants and answered all our questions.
