Categorías

• Limpieza4,0

Multiple guests reported cleanliness problems (stained carpet, dried food/objects found, and a bedbug report). Several comments describe rooms as not sufficiently clean, so cleanliness is rated well below average.

• Servicio9,5

Many reviews praise the reception and staff (helpful, friendly, assisted with early check-in and issued physical key cards when the app/key failed). A few notes about limited patience/communication do not outweigh the generally strong service reports.

• Ubicación8,5

Frequently described as central and within walking distance of key points; guests repeatedly mention good location and convenience.

• Habitaciones6,5

Mixed feedback: beds described as comfortable but rooms are small, some lack windows, and many guests complained about very poor ventilation/overheating. Functional but constrained.

• Instalaciones6,5

Issues reported with ventilation/AC and with the app; positives include a free coffee offer and available parking. Overall amenities are functional but have notable shortcomings (ventilation/app reliability).

• Relación calidad-precio9,0

Multiple guests highlight strong price-to-quality and good value for short stays; several explicitly call the hotel inexpensive and a good deal.

• Comida y bebida7,5

Hardly mentioned beyond a free coffee offer; no sustained F&B service feedback, so this is rated near the overall target with the single positive note of complimentary coffee.

• Experiencia general8,5

Overall impressions are mixed but generally positive for short stays: convenient, good value, comfortable beds and helpful staff are recurring positives; however, serious cleanliness incidents (bedbugs) and overheating issues temper the experience.
