+ L’appartement est parfaitement situé, très propre et grand nous étions neuf personnes nous nous gênions pas .

− Les douches sont bien en taille mais la pomme de douche n’est pas top l’eau coule en pluie très peu de pression et que par en haut. Tasse verre ok mais pas assez de couvert,

Ubicación perfecta

+ ¡Lo mejor es la ubicación! En pleno centro, bajas y estás en Callao. El piso es grande, limpio y reformado muy bonito y cómodo.

− Nada. Todo muy bien.

Ha sido perfecto. Confortable, inmejorable situación, comunicación excelente con los anfitriones.

Fantastic, comfortable, central

+ Comfortable apartment, great for our multi-generational family. Plenty of seating in kitchen and living room to gather comfortably. Bedrooms are comfortable and quiet, well lit, but dark when you want to sleep. I slept so well! Excellent location in central neighborhood, close to shops and restaurants. It's easy to catch a cab a short walk away, and there is a great supermarket in the nearby department store. Neighborhood is very walkable. Host was very easy to communicate with, and able to flex our meeting time, as our train was delayed about two hours from schedule. I would stay here again next time I get to Madrid with my family!

− There are some tricks with the plumbing-- slow drains in the sinks, and shower doesn't move enough water to get/stay hot (at least in the back bathroom). Once we figured out those minor things, we had a fantastic stay.

− Proyector no funcionaba y baño mal estado

+ La ubicación es excelente y bien equipado para un grupo.

− Las sábanas parecí que no habían sido cambiadas, había algunos pelos en todas las camas y alguna marca de rozaduras. Las duchas no se podía usar por separado la alcachofa de la ducha superior, lo que no es cómodo si no quieres mojar el pelo.

Weekend in Madrid

+ Very well located. Close to bars, restaurants, shops. Flat well furnished

− Coffee machine not working, TV projector not working. Bedrooms smaller than the photos. Staff in Madrid not responding to our messages via WhatsApp.

Nice but not great

− The images appear the facility to be larger than actual. The images were stretched. There was an odor from the bathrooms. The walls show a considerable amount of traffic. They really need to be repainted. It’s a great location and the facilities were at one time outstanding. Starting to show wear and tear. The AC did not reach the back bedrooms. All of these items were reported to property manager and never received a response. The unit is a Four not a Five.

Rather not again

+ Location is great

− Staff was unhelpful trying to find out how to check in; they changed the check in time and then demanded EUR 35,- per hour for an earlier checkin (though they let us put our suitcases in the flat). Shortly before arrival we received a message stating that “The apartment has noise sensors that will report any incident” which sounded rather unwelcoming, especially as we were traveling as a family. Aircon and wifi did not work in all rooms, but the flat has no sunlight so not too hot.

− No English speaking, fixed shower heads
