• Limpieza9,0

Explicitly praised in multiple reviews: 'everything was clean' and 'stanza e bagno pulitissimi' indicating very high cleanliness.

• Servicio9,2

Strong positive mentions: 'Nice Staff', 'assistenza impeccabile e dettagliatissima' and 'boa hospitalidade do dono' — very good, helpful service.

• Ubicación9,0

Repeatedly described as central and convenient ('very central', 'posizione abbastanza centrale', 'excellent location relative to train and school').

• Habitaciones7,0

Rooms are clean but there is a notable drawback: the bathroom is external to the room which some guests find inconvenient for longer stays.

• Instalaciones7,2

Kitchen is well equipped with many items including a refrigerator, but lacks a coffee machine and kettle (only a moka), so amenities are generally good but slightly limited for beverages.

• Relación calidad-precio9,0

Positive explicit statement about price-quality ratio ('Ótima relação preço-qualidade') and satisfied group stay — strong value.

• Comida y bebida6,6

No positive F&B offerings mentioned; specific negative note about absence of coffee machine/bollitore reduces this score.

• Experiencia general8,6

Overall very positive stay: helpful staff, very clean rooms, good location and value — minor inconveniences (external bathroom, limited coffee facilities) temper the perfect score.
