Vacaciones de lujo

+ Todo. Las instalaciones, la ubicación, la posibilidad de ir a diferentes playas a pocos minutos en coche, y sobre todo la rapidez de respuesta de los anfitriones. cuando teníamos preguntas. Los niños han disfrutado de la piscina y del billar. Una casa a la que no le falta de nada, suficientemente amplia pero acogedora a la vez. En una zona tranquila, pero cercana a todo. Sin duda una maravillosa elección.

Mooie locatie, mooi huis maar wel wat puntjes die aandacht nodig hebben qua onderhoud en maken van apparatuur

+ De ruimte van het huis was fijn. Meerdere slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Mooie woonkamer en uitgebreide keuken

− De bank was niet comfortabel, er zijn wel een aantal puntjes van vernieuwing.

Nefasto

+ Nada, me engañaron, cuidado con dar fianza en efectivo, no te dan recibo y luego te dicen q hay daños. Hay muchas escaleras y peligrosas sujetas con bridas donde dice q hay un gimnasio no se puede estar por la humedad, al irnos no se presentaron para ver si habíamos hecho daños en la casa y luego se quedaron con la fianza diciendo q habíamos levantado el parquet (hacer fotos de todo, gracias a dios yo las hice) les he denunciado lo dicho, hacer fotos de todo.....

− En la descripción no te pone q las escaleras son colgantes no vayáis con problemas de movilidad no disfrutaréis, una bolsa de basura y un trapo de cocina...llevad de todo no dejan nada....

Great break with friends

+ This was a well maintained and a lovely location. We loved everything about it, especially the hot tub.

+ Alojamiento amplio, limpio y localizado en una urbanización tranquila. Tiene todas las comodidades para unas vacaciones familiares.

+ Fint läge, alla faciliteter man kan behöva. Rymliga sovrum och fin utsikt.

Relaxing vacation

+ Big house, nice pool area, nice jacuzzi, close to Almuñécar center (but you need car). Very nice host.

− Downstairs area dark, need more lights. Not enough kitchen equipment for 6 persons, more glasses and plates needed. Preferably all similar, and not worn, and not commercial mugs. Better towels (very old) and better bed linens (also old). Difficult to watch TV until dark beacuse of the large windows.

Excellent place to get away from everything.

+ Excellent facilities, particularly the Jacuzzi! quiet location. Ideal for a quiet break

− It wasn't an issue for us but there are a lot of stairs so be aware. Roads are quite narrow and steep you definitely need a car as no shops in walking distance due to how steep the area is

Stylish townhouse

+ Private parking space by front door inside a secure gate. Spacious and stylish, well equipped and comfortable. Two terraces - the lower pool terrace is accessible from the bedrooms and the upper terrace off the living room has a table and chairs. Friendly lady met us at the house and showed us round (in Spanish).

− House is north facing on the edge of a steep hill so in December it does not get direct sun. The pool wasn’t available for use. It is a short but very steep walk down to the nearest beach and then another (easy) 15 minute walk along the seafront into the main part of the town where most restaurants are. Some people may struggle walking back up. A taxi cost us 8€ from the town centre to the house. A small point but it would be useful to have a drying rack as it isn’t possible to dry clothes on the line if it’s raining. We also couldn’t find a kitchen bin and there was no bin for collecting recycling. The house is one of 7 in a row at the top level of a development of houses. It is semi- detached and I’m not sure how good sound insulation would be - no one was in next door when we were there.

+ The hosts were friendly and helpful. The house is well equipped and very comfortable.
