Estancia en Combarro

+ El dueño estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada y durante la estancia se interesó por si nos faltaba algo. Todo estaba limpio, la cama y almohadas cómodas. Menaje, productos de limpieza y baño. Plaza aparcamiento en garage del edificio. Con tiendas proximas. El sitio sin ruidos, Con vistas del puerto e isla Tombo. .

− Sería conveniente algún antideslizante en la bañera.

− The parking has a very narrow entrance, you need to be very careful when entering not to scratch the car (we had a quite small car)

+ I loved the view out over the bay from the balcony, and the apartment was very nice and well equipped. Federico gave us some restaurant recommendations, which was most appreciated. I'm pretty sure I spotted dolphins out in the bay several times. We had a rest day in Combarro, while doing the camino. It was a great spot to have an extra night.

− As described, the apartment is up a steepish hill. This was no trouble for us, but the walk up might be challenging for some people.

− Armchairs in the living room were a little uncomfortable -- only noticed because we used them for many hours one day while it was raining out.

+ The flat was super nice, with all the amenities needed and amazing views to las Rias. Also, the owner is a very nice person, communication was easy and he helped us when we got locked in the terrace. Would go back there again for sure.

+ The apartment is modern, very comfortable, well-equipped and spotless, with a great view of the Pontevedra river estuary. A lovely space to spend some time. If the sun is shining the balcony is great with spectacular views over the water. It's perfectly located for exploring the Rías Baixas area and the old district of Combarro is charming with great restaurants. Book ahead.

− There is a small comercial port on the far side of the estuary (NB. absolutely no noise or disturbance at all, so a purely anaesthetic observation which didn't bother us at all). The overall view is splendid. Parking on Combarro main street can be tricky.

+ A very cosy and modern apartment with a fantastic view. It was very clean and equipped with everything you needed. There was Netflix. There is a parking space in the underground car park with a lift to the apartment. Best of all was our host who lived in the village. He gave us lots of ideas and helped us when our rental car broke down because English is not spoken in many places. He was ever so patient and made quite a few calls for us. Super host.

− The view from the hill is fantastic but it comes with a price. The walk from the seafront up to the apartment is not for the faint-hearted. Better use the car especially when you have shopping.
