Costa Village Bangsaray ★★★★

Categorías

• Limpieza6,5

Mixed reports: several guests report dirty rooms and filthy jacuzzi (unusable), while others explicitly mention the property being clean and peaceful. Overall inconsistent housekeeping and maintenance.

• Servicio9,8

Mostly very positive: many guests praise helpful, friendly and attentive staff (manager, chef, reception, etc.). A few isolated reports of unfriendly reception or billing issues, but overall staff service is a notable strength.

• Ubicación9,3

Frequently praised as quiet and close to the beach with pleasant sea views; some guests noted it is far from town restaurants or services. Generally a strong location for beach/quiet stays.

• Habitaciones8,0

Rooms are often described as comfortable with nice views and a pleasant design, but multiple mentions of old equipment (A/C, TV), mattress issues and maintenance concerns reduce the score.

• Instalaciones7,5

Rooftop pool and pool praised by several guests, but spa was unavailable for some, jacuzzi reported dirty, and in-room electronics/remotes often broken. Amenities are appealing but inconsistently delivered.

• Relación calidad-precio6,5

Several guests explicitly call the hotel overpriced, report being charged for days not stayed or for missing facilities, and feel they did not receive promised value.

• Comida y bebida6,8

Multiple complaints about breakfast availability (no breakfast on site, charged for breakfasts not taken); limited on-site F&B options reported. Food/Beverage offering is a weak point for some guests.

• Experiencia general9,6

Many guests describe a friendly, quiet and comfortable stay with a lovely pool and helpful staff, though a minority experienced serious issues (cleanliness, billing, misleading photos) that impacted their stay.
