Elysées Union ★★★

Categorías

• Limpieza6,5

Mixed comments: several guests noted rooms could be cleaner and one report of housekeeping entering rooms early; cleanliness appears inconsistent.

• Servicio9,5

Generally excellent and repeatedly praised — multiple mentions of helpful, patient reception staff (e.g., Shaheen, Victor) though one guest reported unfriendly staff.

• Ubicación10,0

Outstanding — many guests praised the central location, easy walking distance to attractions and several rooms with Eiffel Tower views.

• Habitaciones8,6

Mostly comfortable with some rooms offering balconies and good views, but a number of guests reported older rooms, small spaces and limited windows in some units.

• Instalaciones8,4

Mixed: basic amenities provided (good towels, soap), but complaints about weak AC, non-working washing machine, lack of shampoo and paid extras (mini-bar, bottled water).

• Relación calidad-precio6,5

Several guests felt the price was not justified (one very negative stay); concerns about extra charges (breakfast deposit, minibar) reduce perceived value.

• Comida y bebida8,2

Breakfast received both praise and criticism — generally acceptable but some guests found it repetitive, cramped breakfast room and a poor cappuccino machine.

• Experiencia general9,5

Overall positive impressions driven by exceptional location and helpful staff; most guests would stay again despite some issues.
