+ Fue para una estancia de mis padres y estuvieron muy a gusto. La explicaciones de como acceder al apartamento muy detalladas y la comunicación muy buena. Un par de problemillas o dudas que tuvimos enseguida respondieron y nos dieron solución. La cama muy cómoda también

− No es culpa del apartamento, ya que con las ventanas cerradas aísla bien, pero la calle es un poco ruidosa ya que tiene bastante tráfico

+ Los medios disponibles en el apartamento y la limpieza del mismo

− Instalaciones buenas

El precio es exactamente eñ justo. Sin grandes comodidades, pero sí muy funcional

+ Está cuidado con esmero y se nota en los detalles. Aunque no es moderno mi estilos O2 sin embargo está limpio, ordenado, huele bien y se nota que hay alguien detrás manteniéndolo primorosamente.

− Da una calle principal que tiene bastante tráfico. Tiene doble ventana y casi no se oye nada. Pero en mi caso como duermo con la ventana abierta me resultó ruidoso en la calle

Decepcionante

+ Te puedes mover en autobús muy bien.

− La cama es muy incómoda, la iluminación muy escasa...

+ La cama era muy cómoda, y estaba todo muy limpio

Ótima localização, tudo limpo e organizado, o anfitrião muito gentil e sempre a disposição, iremos voltar com certeza .

+ Que tuviera parking aunque el acceso es un poco complicado . Pequeño pero práctico. A pesar de estar en una calle principal con mucho tráfico tiene doble ventana y persiana y aísla del todo el ruido

− Presión de agua de la ducha muy baja. Tiene el menaje justo.. es decir solo 2 tenedores , 2 cuchillos ..

+ Apto bom , limpo , banheiro e chuveiro excelente e o café da manhã tinha o necessário p iniciar o dia.

− Das camas serem de solteiro e não poder pelo menos juntar Mais o que mais nos desagradou , pedimos gentilmente a camareira se poderíamos permanecer por mais 30min p resolver uns probleminhas e ela mt atenciosa disse que sim, porém apareceu uma funcionário muito mal educada e disse q nao pq iriam receber outro hospede e teriamos q sair as 11:00hs ..... minha pergunta se o check-in inicia as 16:00hs n daria tempo de limpar o quarto?????

I would be back definitely.

+ It was very clean and comfortable. It also has a system of unlocking the doors very easy with the phone so everyone in the apartment don’t need to depend on one key. It’s a small apartment with everything and perfect for 2 people. It’s also close from supermarkets like Lidl and Mercadona , mini markets, coffee shops , butcher and pharmacy. The owner is very nice and friendly.

Nice apartament but difficult check-in process

+ Very nice apartament, a little far from the city Center but has everything you need.

− The check-in process was a mess. I was getting a lot of whatsapp messages (i don’t know why they didnt want to contact me via booking chat) from 2 different people from the company that manages it with A LOT of instructions. In the end the virtual Key they have sent me wasnt working and they had to open the door remotely for me. They were super nice and did their best to help but the process is just not very good I think. If you come by car you need to park somewhere on the street first, go to the apartament and grab the key to the garage from there in order to be able to park your car in the garage.

Clean and tidy but dark and noisy.

+ The apartment looks like the pictures. It has everything you need for a couple of days. It was clean and tidy. Easy communication with the host.

− It’s a dark apartment with lots of street noice (it’s on a main road) also there’s a lot of noice from neighbors talking and watching tv etc. When we stayed there was scaffolding outside the windows which reduced the impression and made the apartment even darker. There are no bedside lamps just a ceiling lamp that blinds you.
