greet Chartres Est ★★

Categorías

• Limpieza8,4

Multiple mentions of clean rooms and property (e.g., 'Schoon', 'chambre propre', 'L'établissement est propre', 'Sauber') indicate a consistently positive cleanliness impression.

• Servicio8,0

Staff frequently praised for helpfulness and friendly reception (night staff, baby-bed assistance, attentive personnel), though isolated reports of an unfriendly morning receptionist and occasional absence at reception temper the score.

• Ubicación8,6

Strongly positive for a stopover: repeatedly noted as conveniently located by the highway, quiet and well-suited for transit stays ('parfait pour une halte', proche de l'autoroute).

• Habitaciones6,6

Repeated complaints about beds (too hard, narrow, two singles pushed together), small rooms, worn fittings and some maintenance issues (shower joint leaking, sink drain problem) reduce the rating.

• Instalaciones6,5

Notable negative feedback: lack of air conditioning/ventilators during heat waves, no lift, no evening bar in some stays; some design/quirks appreciated but amenities are limited.

• Relación calidad-precio8,8

Multiple mentions of good price/quality and suitable low-cost accommodation for a night stop ('Bon rapport qualité/ prix', 'preis leistung sehr gut') support a high value rating.

• Comida y bebida8,3

Breakfast is frequently praised (copious, varied, homemade products) though some guests note limited F&B options (no bar in evenings). Overall B&B aspects are a positive point.

• Experiencia general8,0

Generally positive for short stays and transit use—clean, friendly staff, good breakfast and location—but heat/ventilation and bed comfort issues affect some guests and lower the overall score slightly.
