Hotel Arche ★★★

Categorías

• Limpieza2,0

Multiple reviews report very dirty rooms (sand, thousands of dead mosquitoes), visible mold and general filth — cleanliness is a major issue.

• Servicio8,0

Mixed reports: several guests note friendly and helpful staff at reception, though there are also complaints about unhelpful or rude behaviour and requests for paid 'help' — overall service often positive but inconsistent.

• Ubicación10,0

Consistently praised as very central with excellent access to shops, events and transport; location is a clear strength.

• Habitaciones3,0

Rooms described as rundown, worn, with cheap/old furniture, small beds in some cases, unpleasant odors and maintenance issues (broken sockets, dirty corners) — poor room quality.

• Instalaciones7,0

Amenities are mixed: breakfast is offered and parking is available nearby (paid), but there is no elevator for upper floors, some rooms had broken TV/ sockets and limited in-room features.

• Relación calidad-precio9,0

Several guests explicitly state good price-performance ('Ótimo custo-benefício', 'Preis-Leistung-ok') — many perceive the stay as good value despite shortcomings.

• Comida y bebida9,0

Breakfast is repeatedly described as 'ok' or 'tasty' in multiple reviews, so F&B (breakfast) is seen positively.

• Experiencia general4,0

Overall mixed-to-negative: strong positives for location and perceived value but significant negatives (primarily cleanliness and room condition) lead to a generally disappointing overall experience for many guests.
