+ Magnifique suite avec terrasse et du soleil en prime. Excellent séjour et petit déjeuner. Je recommande vivement.

+ The hotel is ideally situated for the centre of town with many good bars and restaurants. Free parking is just a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The standard room we had was clean and comfortable with all we needed, unless you're a tea freak. There was a pod coffee maker in the room. There is a Friday fruit and veg market worth a visit and interesting attractions within easy reach. An award winning bakery provides an excellent continental breakfast with tables outside on the Grand Square. We lived in France for 10 years but this was our first visit to Bethune and the Hotel Eden. It was a very enjoyable location in which to chill out and relax. We'll be back.

+ Hotel sympa mais chambre tres petite avec des joints de baignoire attaqués par la moisissure. C est assez moyen.... personnel sympathique!

Such a bad experience would never recommend

+ Booked the cheapest room in the hotel of 10m2 which must have been the worst room in the hotel. The window faced a corridor and not outside. The room and the elevator did not smell clean. The light from the elevator to the room did not turn on so my dog was too scared to walk and enter the dark bedroom from the lift. The receptionist did not speak English and the final straw was that there was no wifi

+ It was OK, fine for the price. It was clean and comfortable and well placed behind the Grand Place. We had no WIFI (apparently they were doing work on the network), mini bar empty, one small bottle of water between 3 of us but forgotten to supply on our last night - fortunately the tap water tasted fine. Telly channels were only in French. We didn’t have breakfast as we thought it was rather pricey with children in tow.

Parking a little problematic

+ Reception not open until 3pm (known in advance) and you are given a code to access the building at other times. Parking outside is expensive. Free parking is to be had in Place de General De Gaulle about 4 minutes walk away. There is a pleasant sitting room, bar and terrace but the bar was not open as the hotel is not staffed in the evening. Our Junior Suite was clean although somewhat dated. The cupboard that could house a minibar was used for spare bedding. A minibar would be an improvement. Separate toilet and spacious bathroom with shower over. Other rooms are of varying sizes. Overall it was a pleasant property.

un séjour au top

+ Cela fait plusieurs fois que nous descendant à l'hôtel Eden car il est très bien.Que ce soit l'accueil, la propreté,les chambres ,la tranquillité,le petit déjeuner (en supplément) mais très bien. Lors de nôtres prochain passage à Béthune c'est à l'hôtel Eden que nous descendrons. DE plus il est très bien situé à deux pas de la place du beffroi et petite astuce un parking gratuit à 300m juste à coté du stade de foot

Hotel tres agreable au centre de Bethune

+ Hotel plutot joli, bien situé au centre ville de Bethune, proche de la Grand Place, facilement accessible de la Gare. Accueil tres sympathique

Hôtel de bonne qualité et bien situé.

+ Hôtel situé dans le centre ville de Béthune à proximité de la Grand Place. Accueil souriant et agréable. Chambre standard bien équipée, et très propre. Seul petit inconvénient : la pièce est en partie mansardée et l’utilisation de la douche de la baignoire est malaisée. Le petit déjeuner buffet propose un grand choix de produits de qualité. Bon rapport qualité/prix par rapport aux hôtels de même catégorie. A savoir que le parking peut se faire sur la place juste à côté de l’hôtel mais est payant et soumis à des plages horaires.

+ Séjour en centre ville particulièrement sympathique. L'établissement est correct. L'accueil soignée et l'échange d'informations en réponse à nos demandes était clair. Petit bémol le petit déjeuner un peu léger, un seule formule serait serait la bienvenue.

+ Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. Bij aankomst werd ons aangeboden, de kamer te upgraden zonder extra kosten. We hadden een heel ruime en prettige kamer. Goed ontbijt. Het enige minpuntje was dat er niet veel ongebruikte stopcontacten waren om apparaten op te laden.

+ Séjour formidable. Hôtel très accueillant. Rapport qualité prix imbattable. Très bien situé. Calme. Personnel adorable. Je recommande vivement et je retournerai là-bas si je reviens sur Béthune.

Chambre bruyante

+ La chambre était très bruyante: elle donnait sur cour mais une terrasse y était installée. Avec la résonnance de la cour, le bruit est important dans la chambre, même avec la fenêtre fermée. Malgré mes remarques aux gérants, ils ne m'ont pas changé de chambre alors que j'y étais pour 3 nuits pour raisons professionnelles. Je déconseille donc fortement cette chambre dite "supérieure" et conseille plutôt de prendre les chambres moins chères qui sont bien plus calmes
