Hotel O Pazo

+ Good breakfast, and very good lunch and dinner at very reasonable prices compared to restaurants in the area. The menu of each day (1st course, 2nd course, dessert, drink and coffee/tea = Euros 16). The staff is very friendly and helpful. I only wish they provided soap bars or had dispensers for shower gel instead of the little packages of shower gel they distribute. Need to change this product. Also, it would be nice if they had a small and clean iron for those of us who need to attend a work meeting. Easy stuff to solve. Everything else......no complains on my part.

Beautiful welcoming hotel with character

+ Wonderful, friendly, small hotel with lots of character. All the staff were so welcoming and helpful. Quiet location with free parking. Breakfast was included and excellent value for money. Lovely set menu evening meal. Although no air conditioning the windows were openable.

Beautiful villa style hotel that should remember to keep customers informed

+ I booked this hotel to attend a wedding with my family. I was surprised that this is a one-star hotel as it appears to be three-star. The hotel is 15 minutes from Vigo airport. It is 10/15 minutes from a busier main street and park. The reception is very friendly and welcoming. The prices are exceptionally reasonable. The hotel has a villa appearance with outdoor seating and a large balcony to take in the views. The rooms are medium-sized with a small bathroom. The bed is fine and the wardrobe has adequate space with plenty of hangers for short stays. There is no air conditioning, but the windows allow enough ventilation. The bathroom is tiny with a small shower, but the water pressure and heat are excellent. The hand gel by the sink is a nice touch. The breakfast service is good providing a large options of food and drink. The dinner service is also fine providing basic local meals at a good cost. Overall an excellent experience. The one drawback was that they were doing construction next door to renovate a room that we were not told about during or before the booking. It started with loud drilling in the afternoon until early evening. Having attended a wedding we were tired by afternoon and came back to rest before evening. It was impossible to rest. We also had dust come through the ventilator and cover most of the bathroom. We had to clean out items and wipe the bathroom. My wife spoke to the worker in Spanish who apologised and started to clean the bathroom. We did not get an apology from reception. Despite this annoyance, we still recommend this hotel, but it may be worth checking if any work is being done during your stay.

+ O quarto era bastante espaçoso e o colchão era muito confortável para passar uma noite descansada. O pequeno almoço impecável Mas o que efetivamente diferencia o alojamento é a simpatia de todas as rececionistas que efetivamente estão disponíveis 24h estando em todo o lado a toda a hora e sempre preocupadas em que tudo nos corra bem. + Cela aurait pu etre une adresse agréable pour sejourner,le batiment et les jardins sont jolis, le personnel est sympathique .Malheureusement 2 points sont catastrophiques a nos yeux: l absence de climatisation (chaleur dans la chambre insupportable ) et aucune isolation phonique, on a l impression d avoir les voisins dans notre chambre! Dommage ces 2 points sont essentiels en 2024 pour etre qualifie de "bon hotel"

+ Excellent customer service. The only thing I did not like is that they put me on a bedroom with two beds when I booked a queen bed. Breakfast delicious and the Hotel is very nice overall.

A one star hotel that should be 4 star if just for the levels of service!

+ As many, I we stayed here whilst doing the Portuguese Camino, I would normally skip past any hotel with a one star rating however I couldn’t be more wrong about this place…it’s is absolutely fantastic, rooms are clean and the sheets lovely. A lovely renovated old building with bright and airy rooms. Perhaps more impressive is the brilliant service, nothing seems to be too much trouble and you can tell they are very proud of the product they are offering!

Si priorizas el precio, esta es tu opción.

+ Hotel sencillo que hace honor a su única estrella, por lo que vas a encontrar una habitación sencilla con una cama confortable a un precio ajustado. El baño es antiguo y sencillo, en el límite de necesitar una reforma. El hotel tiene dos plantas y no tiene ascensor. Lo que menos me gustó fue el fuerte olor al perfume de los productos de limpieza. El personal del hotel es realmente amable. El desayuno tiene pocas opciones pero suficientes: jamón, queso, fruta, bollería, café, zumo de naranja. En el hotel también se puede comer y cenar. Si tienes pereza de ir a cenar fuera te salva la situación. El parking está situado en un terreno abierto exterior a unos 50 metros del hotel, sin vigilancia.

+ Hotel con encanto, desayuno muy bueno incluido en el precio. Sitio para aparcar muy cerca. Está lejos del centro, pero hay parada de bus cerca. No hay restaurantes cercanos. Muy bien cuidado y silencioso. Calidad/precio inmejorable.

No merece la pena, buscar otro lugar.

+ Habitación minúscula sin espacio para moverse, abuhardillada, 3 planta sin ascensor, olor a cerrado y mucha humedad, pedimos cambiarla pero es la unica disponible. El baño no va a ser menos, minusculo y muy deteriorado, en la ducha imposible entrar. El parking no esta en el hotel, es un descampado cercano. No se si habia algun tipo de bicho en la cama o que pero me levantado llena de picaduras horribles. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Best stay during our camino

+ We were a group of 16 pilgrims and loved this hotel. The service was very good. The backyard was outstanding. We had dinner on site and it was delicious. They served drinks that we drank on the balcony. It was just magical.
