Hotel Phønix

Categorías

• Limpieza8,8

Multiple reviews note clean rooms and bathrooms (e.g., 'Siistit huoneet', 'Rent og pænt', 'room was clean and warm'), so cleanliness is judged above average.

• Servicio8,7

Hosts described as very friendly and helpful in many reviews, but there are operational gaps (no staff in the evening, no one to check in or assist with an iron), so overall positive with some shortcomings.

• Ubicación9,2

Repeatedly praised as central and close to town/theatre with parking directly outside; location is a clear strong point.

• Habitaciones8,2

Rooms described as modern, functional and with comfortable beds, but some issues mentioned (small rooms, overheating in west-facing rooms, occasional shower problems), giving a generally good but not perfect rating.

• Instalaciones7,6

Several missing or limited amenities noted (no air conditioning, restaurant closed evenings, limited availability of hairdryer/iron, limited extra bedding), so amenities are weaker than other areas.

• Relación calidad-precio9,0

Multiple comments like 'Super til prisen' and favourable assessments for longer stays suggest guests find the hotel good value.

• Comida y bebida8,2

Breakfast is often described as good or high quality but also limited in selection (served at table, few options); restaurant closures in the evening lower the score slightly.

• Experiencia general9,1

Overall guest tone is positive (‘fantastisk sted’, ‘excellente étape’, 'we enjoyed ourselves') despite some operational/amenity drawbacks, leading to a strong overall impression.
