+ Soggiornato durante il Rototom Sunsplash. Personale gentile e professionale. Camera accogliente con tutti i confort, clima, frigorifero, TV e ampia terrazza. Bagno grande con un ampia doccia. Ottima colazione internazionale a buffet. Fantastico giardino esterno con due piscine, una per adulti che parte da 1.5mt e arriva a 2.7mt, una per bambini e disabili con un altezza di circa un metro. La struttura è in un ottima posizione, il mare dista circa 300mt, il centro di Benicassim a 800mt, a 50mt c'è un supermercato.

Cómodo y con buena relación calidad-precio

+ El personal fue muy amable en todo momento. Habitaciones con suficiente espacio y limpias. Las instalaciones son cómodas y a 5 - 10 minutos de la playa.

− En mi caso tengo muchas alergias a alimentos. En el buffet de desayuno, comida y cena generalmente los carteles con el nombre del plato y los alergenos no estaban disponibles y debía preguntar al cocinero encargado para que me ayudase a escoger la comida lo cual era algo pesado para todos aunque siempre lo hacían amablemente e incluso en ocasiones me preparaban algo directamente en cocida. La comida en general estaba bien aunque no era especialmente deliciosa. Además, el show cooking era bastante simple, a veces pechugas de pollo, otras un pescado vuelta y vuelta. No merece mucho la pena. La piscina estaba muy bien y los animadores amenizaban la mañana y la tarde. Aunque solo había césped artificial en algunas zonas, las más alejadas era tierra y vegetación mal cuidada, lo que hacía que todo el mundo se aglomerase cerca de la piscina.

− Lo que menos me gustó, es que tiene bufet y me parece muy caro (27€ x persona).

− En esta ocasión, tengo que decir que la cama ha sido muy incómoda. El somier se movía mucho cuando yo me movía. En alguna ocasión he pensado que podían fallar las patas.

Comodidad y entretenimiento

+ Ubicación, piscina y comodidad de la habitación. Opción de realizar actividades como yoga, pilates, etc Billar.

− El desayuno muy abundante en cuanto a variedad pero eché de menos aguacate y jamón serrano o un café de mayor calidad. Saturación de los ascensores en horas “punta”. No tenían a disposición toallas para la piscina.

− El aire acondicionado hace muchísimo ruido, muy molesto por la noche

Nice staff, hotel ok, good location

+ Most of all we liked the housekeeping staff. They were very attentive and couldn’t have done more for us.

− Shower and basin was broken which was reported but not repaired during our 8 night stay.

− El ruido de los generadores. La habitación daba a la parte trasera del hotel. Con la ventana abierta había un ruido consty.

+ The hotel is very comfortable and clean, staff excellent and very helpful . We enjoyed the pool area

− We had breakfast included in our stay, the coffee machines frequently didn't work properly and long queues formed for the machines that were working. We stayed for a festival attended by a lot of British people and we would have liked the choice of baked beans with breakfast which I know is a very British thing but it would cater for the many Brits staying at the hotel that week. Other than that we were very satisfied

Great Stay

+ Lovely looking Hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Facilities are very good. Shower temperature is always perfect. Very clean and perfectly situated to access everything in the locality, including the beach.

+ The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh options every morning. The balcony was another highlight, offering a lovely space to relax and take in the view. Between the two, mornings at this hotel were something to look forward to."

− A few things could be improved: the room didn't have a coffee maker or kettle, and while the balcony had 2 chairs, there was no small table to go with them. Unfortunately, the coffee and drinks vending machines were out of order during our stay — this was especially inconvenient since tap water isn't really drinkable there, so a working water machine would have been appreciated. The elevators worked in principle, but the doors often wouldn't close properly or would get stuck. It would be great to see these issues fixed for future guests.

+ The room was cleaned every day and the hotel was generally kept in good order.Excellent swimming pool with clean water.The hotel has an excellent location - there is a large supermarket, a beach, and many restaurants and ice cream kiosks nearby.

− Many of the hotel's engineering systems are in need of renovation: 1. There's no fresh air ventilation in the rooms. We had to simultaneously turn on the air conditioner and open the balcony door to get fresh air into the room. 2. Chunks of black dirt flew out of the air conditioner and settled on the sheets. 3. Water poured out of the shower stall onto the floor. 4. The sink was clogged and drained slowly.Also the coffee machines at breakfast would periodically stop working and you had to wait a long time to get coffee. The quality of food is not up to par with a 4-star hotel.
