Mixed reports: several guests found the property generally clean, but multiple reviews note stained bed sheets and towels, a dirty WC, and ant/insect sightings — cleanliness needs attention.

Strong positives for the host (Alfredo): cordial, responsive, helpful with self check-in and late arrivals. Some service lapses noted (staff entering without knocking, knocking before official checkout), but host responsiveness and problem resolution were repeatedly praised.

Outstanding location repeatedly highlighted: steps from Ottaviano metro, extremely close to St. Peter's/Vatican and local restaurants — consistently described as a major benefit.

Rooms described as comfortable and adequately sized by many, but several guests reported issues: old or small bathrooms, balcony door problems, dated decor and need for refresh.

Basic amenities available (e.g., coffee), and host addressed faults, but guests reported faulty hairdryer, fridge not cooling, no consistent hot water for some, and advertised items (robes/snacks) missing.

• Relación calidad-precio9,6

Multiple guests mentioned very good value and an excellent quality/price ratio given the prime location and host support.

Overall strongly positive thanks to exceptional location and a helpful host; recommended by many despite recurring issues around cleanliness and some amenities.
