• Limpieza7,2

Mixed: several reviews note rooms are clean and comfortable, but there are complaints about dust in places and a notably dirty/odorous toilet tank; minor cleanliness issues lowered the score.

• Servicio8,6

Generally very positive: staff repeatedly described as friendly and helpful (including a welcoming elderly staff member and accommodating staff who allowed piano use); service is a strong point.

• Ubicación8,4

Strong location: short walk (~10 minutes) from the station and close to local sights and the onsen district, though some mention the surrounding onsen street is a bit run-down.

• Habitaciones7,9

Rooms are spacious, comfortable and retain a pleasant vintage character, but a few guests noted aging features (dim lighting, some wear, occasional flushing issues) that prevent a higher score.

• Instalaciones8,8

High marks for amenities: excellent hot spring baths (including in-room hot spring water), vintage public spaces (piano, gramophone, music boxes), and coffee service; the onsen is repeatedly praised.

• Relación calidad-precio8,4

Perceived as good value: guests explicitly note high cost-performance and satisfaction with what is offered for the price.

• Comida y bebida7,4

Mixed: the light/complimentary breakfast is appreciated by many, but several guests describe it as too simple and wish for a more substantial or traditional Japanese breakfast.

• Experiencia general8,9

Very positive overall: many guests describe a soothing, nostalgic stay with excellent onsen and charming vintage atmosphere; minor issues with age/cleanliness do not heavily detract from the experience.
