+ La ubicación, el espacio del apartamento, la posibilidad de tener piscina

− Para el precio que tiene se debiera cuidar más el mantenimiento general, y tener más cubiertos vasos, disponibles, solo había para un uso justo 4 unidadwa, con lo que si cocinabas había que estar lavando de inmediato para luego comer

− L’absence de charge pour voiture électrique alors que c’était indiqué dans le descriptif ! La piscine très petite avec les abords peu ombragés.

− Suite a un gros orage nous avons été inondé dans l'appartement, nous l'avons signalé mais rien à été fait ( nous nous sommes réveillé avec les pieds dans l'eau) de l'entrée jusqu'a la cuisine. Et en plus quand j'ai réservé il était inscrit qu'on pouvait rajouter les petits déjeuner alors que ce n'est pas le cas

Geweldige tijd gehad in Eze, accomodatie is te doen maar enigzins gedateerd.

+ De ligging, uitzicht en parkeergelegenheid. Parkeren is in het hele gebied problematisch en sowieso niet gratis.

− Weinig keukengerei. Borden, glazen en bestel tekort.

+ Personnel très accueillant, piscine

− Pas assez de vaisselle (verres, couverts)

Relaxed with a great location to explore east of Nice.

+ A great location for our 1-week stay. We enjoyed exploring Èze and the surrounding villages and beaches, plus day trips to Monaco and Italy were great. The apartment had all we needed to live simply for a week and even had a dishwasher. We had 2x coffee pods and 2x dishwasher tablets to start us off for the week, and bought more from the Spar shop just a short walk away.

− There is a bit of traffic noise from the main road and the driveway to the Perfume Usine, and you will hear other residents sometimes. It is no worse than staying at any other hotel and didn't bother us; we slept well. Beware the Provencal mosquitoes! No fault of the hotel, but I always suffer from mosquito bites in the South of France.

Prima verblijf, centraal gelegen.

+ We hadden een ruim appartement. Centraal gelegen. Winkels dichtbij. Supermarkt om de hoek met lekkere broodjes. Ongeveer 10 a 15 minuten rijden naar het strand. Vriendelijk personeel die er alles aan deed om het naar je zin te maken. Met name de schoonmaakster.

− Helaas erg gehorig en we hadden veel last van mieren. Verder was de wifi heel slecht. Daar zouden ze wel wat aan kunnen doen.

Overall, the lack of basic security measures significantly affected our sense of safety and comfort during the holiday.

+ The location is great and the staff is super helpful.

− The biggest issue during our stay was security. There were no safes in the rooms, or even a secure place at reception where valuables could be stored. This left us with the uncomfortable choice of either taking our passports, smartphones, wallets, and other valuables to the beach, or leaving them unsecured in the room. Security was particularly concerning because there were no cameras on our floor, and the rooms appeared to be easily accessible from the pool area. In addition, the balcony door locks were of poor quality and did not provide a reassuring level of security. Additionally garage doors were opened most of the time allowing easy access to the building for literally anyone. Overall, the lack of basic security measures significantly affected our sense of safety and comfort during the holiday.

Gutes Aparthotel in guter Lage, um von dort die Region zu entdecken. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, alles ist sehr gepflegt

+ Die Lage war sehr gut. Das Zimmer modern und geräumig. Der Ausblick sehr schön.

− Une vérification sérieuse des équipements devrait être faites avant l.arrivée des nouveaux clients. le sèche cheveux manquait .Le manque de réflexion par rapport au problème, avec un enfant de 6 ans la téle ne fonctionnait pas et n’a pas fonctionné de tout le séjour et ce n’était pas la télécommande qu’on nous a remis sans test.
