+ So lovely and comfortable and in a really good location

− A bit far from the train station but otherwise in a good location

+ Vynikajúca lokalita, blízkosť starého mesta ale aj pláže, dobrá infraštruktúra okolia - potraviny, lekárne, reštaurácie, zástavka autobusu - všetko pár metrov od apartmánu, výborné rozloženie apartmánu, super rolety na zatemnenie, príjemný jedálenský kút s možnosťou otvorenej terasy, vynikajúca a rýchla komunikácia s majiteľom, ústretovosť majiteľa k našim požiadavkám ako extra posteľ, či poskytnutie diek v chladných nociach

− Hluk z okolia - steny nie sú zvukotesné - počuť zvuk z okolia, rušnej cesty, ako i bežný rozhovor z apartmánu situovaným nad bytom cez ventilačnú šachtu. ktorá ústi do apartmánu. Taktiež aretácia vchodovej brány domu je nefunkčná (čo nie je chybou majiteľa), a každé tresknutie vchodovej brány sa ozýva priamo v apartmáne. Odporúčam majiteľovi dohliadnuť na kvalitu upratovacej služby, ktorú využíva a obnoviť kuchynský riad na varenie.

+ The Location was great! Right in the city centre of Malaga.

− It was extremely noisy, the walls were thin and you could basically hear everything the neighbours were doing and smell when they were cooking because the ventilation went right into the apartment. It was super dark, there was basically no daylight. Unfortunately for us the worst part were the ants everywhere! In the bathroom, kitchen/dining area, next to the bed etc. There was a spray to kill them but they kept coming back and also crawled into our suitcases on the floor.

Amazing stay, well located apartment, very responsive and accommodating host.

+ Very spacious and had everything needed.

− The only downside is that you can hear everything what is happening outside. Not necessarily on the street but in the hallway and flushing of water from other apartments. The first night was not cozy until we’ve got familiar with noise and after it did not bother at all.

+ El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutarlo al máximo. Es muy acogedor, tranquilo y cercano al centro. Nos ha hecho sentir como en casa.

We had a fantastic time and loved the apartment and the relaxing stay.

+ The bed was really comfortable and the apartment was located in a great area. The apartment was very spacious with all the requirements for a good stay. The host was very accommodating and communicated well in advance of our arrival.

+ El apartamento con absolutamente todo lo necesario para la estadía. Todo nuevo e impecable. Inmejorable ubicación a pocas cuadras caminando del bellísimo centro histórico de Málaga. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente ocasionado por nosotros durante nuestra estadía, que pudimos resolver gracias a la comprensión y buena disposición de Gerardo que es un excelente anfitrión. Sin dudas volveré a Málaga y obviamente volveré a elegir este alojamiento

Perfect place to stay

+ Loved the place, everything was very new and the location was great being near the centre of Malaga and bus stops. The harbour and tour bus stops were about a 20 min walk through town. Communication with the owner was great and we would stay here again if visiting Malaga.

Superb

+ Great location, 8 minutes from the main street of Granada. The apartment has everything you need for a few days' stay. There are many supermarkets nearby. Very easy communication with the host Gerardo for which we thank him. I highly recommend the Loft Haven apartment.

Nice and Comfortable Apartment Very Close to Centro Historico

+ Malaga was the first stop on our trip to Andalucía. I have been there several times on previous travels. We stayed two nights at Loft Haven. Receiving the key was very easy; the host sends an email prior to your arrival explaining that there is a small box next to the door and providing the password for it. You also receive an email with a link for online check-in. The house is very central—just a few minutes’ walk to the old town, where there are many shops, restaurants, museums, etc. I consider the most beautiful part of Malaga to be the 'centro histórico,' and the house is right next to it. If you have a car, parking can be a problem. However, we were lucky and found street parking twice a little further away from Loft Haven (about a five-minute walk in the opposite direction of the centro historico). There is also a parking lot a few minutes’ walk from the apartment (towards centro historico), though I’m not sure about the price. Even though it is a studio, there are two separate spaces (a bedroom and a living room) connected by a corridor. The entrance door opens into this corridor, one side of which has the kitchen. It is very comfortable and has everything you need, even if you want to cook dinner. There is also an indoor garden that belongs to the apartment. We had no issues with street noise or other tenants in the building. To sum up, we enjoyed our stay.

− In the bathroom, shampoo and shower gel were not available. We weren't prepared for that. However, there is a supermarket just next door, and two others across the street (one was Dia). So, within a few minutes, we bought them and solved the problem. However, it might be better to provide these items for those who don't bring their own."

Spacious high quality but 4pm check in

+ High quality spec inside, very spacious, nice little courtyard area, good bed, stuff in kitchen so you could cook if you wanted, nice touch of beer in the fridge.

− Traffic noise as its on quite a busy road; check in at 4pm is too late

One of the most pleasant stays I have ever experienced!

+ I highly recommend it to everyone. Starting from the position that is central (you take literally 2 minutes walking to reach Plaza de la Merced), I want to leave a more than positive comment about the apartment itself. It is a new, clean and modern urban style apartment equipped with everything (air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, induction cooker, spacious fridge and freezer, motorized windows, iron, basic necessities and towels, a double bed + an equally comfortable sofa bed, a little lovely terrace). I would also like to mention the owner Gerardo who was available from the beginning assisting me and providing the keys of the apartment from the lock outside, both during the stay for any problem. You can feel he is a very kind and pleasant person.

− Maybe some noises from the streets during the night, due to the fact that the apartment is very central, but not that bothersome.

Everything alright during our stay.

+ A big plus is that the apartment is located in the city center.

− Sometimes it was too noisy.
