+ Casa attrezzata, con aria condizionata, ben arredata con tutto nuovo. Pulita. Posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro con il bus. Ristoranti e supermercati raggiungibili a piedi

+ This apartment was a great home base for us for 13 days, with lots of personal touches that made us feel that the owner cared about our experience. First, Ramón met us at the apartment to give us keys, and took the time to explain where things are and how the appliances work. Thoughtful touches helped us settle in without having to go shopping immediately: a dispenser in the shower that included shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, lots of utensils, cutting boards, dishes of various sizes, some packs of dishwasher detergent. The washing machine is very convenient for doing all laundry, and everything dries very quickly on the sunny terrace. (Note: the cushions for the outdoor furniture are inside the table. We didn't know until after we left, but there was a heat wave when we visited, so it was too hot for me anyway!). The water pressure in the shower is great, and the controls easy to understand. My husband is quite tall, so he appreciated the high waterfall showerhead, and I like the adjustable lower handheld one. Nice to have both. The location was very convenient for groceries, restaurants and bars, and just a few minutes walk to the castle and park surrounding it. It was very convenient to have parking included so that we easily have a car for exploring outside the city. The apartment is a 25-30 minute walk from all of the major attractions like the Roman ruins and the Cathedrals. One of our favorite spots was the Parque Grande José Antonio Labordeta, a farther walk south, but just beautiful and worth the effort. We were very happy that we chose Ramon's apartment for our Zaragoza stay, and would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

− Not so much a dislike, but just be aware that parking spaces in the city are very small, and even though the space in the garage is one of the best spots, it's still much easier to navigate with a small car.

+ Dat het appartement in de binnenstad van Zaragoza een eigen parkeerplek had in een parkeergarage om de hoek. Je wandelde bijna meteen een prachtig park binnen met het Aljaferiapaleis: dat moet je bezoeken.

Op loopafstand van centrum en station. Een plezierig verblijf met alle faciliteiten die we nodig hadden.

Tido que necesitas para una buena estadia en Zaragoza.

+ El apartamento está muy bien decorado y cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia familiar agradable. Estaba muy limpio. No pude usar el patio porque hacía mucho viento, pero parece un lugar excelente para relajarse. Todos los servicios de transporte y alimentación están muy cerca, con mercados y restaurantes. El propietario es muy amable y nos dio varios consejos sobre la zona.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Saragossa

+ Wir konnten etwas früher einchecken, der Gastgeber hat uns den Schlüssel persönlich übergeben. Wir konnten auch mit einem etwas größerem Auto gut in der privaten Tiefgarage (ca. 1min von der Unterkunft zu Fuß) parken und haben diese als sicher empfunden. Der Gastgeber führte uns durch die Wohnung, alles wirkt insgesamt mit viel Liebe zum Detail.

+ Apartamento muy bien equipado, cómodo y muy limpio. Nos sentimos como en casa.

− Al sofá y al colchon le vendrían bien un cambio. Por el resto genial.

Breve pero muy bien

+ Bien comunicado con la linea 34 o la Ci3/Ci4. Garaje al lado te facilita mucho las cosas y la seguridad para el coche

+ L'emplacement à 20 minutes à pieds de la Plaza del Pilar est top. Le garage est un bonus super appréciable. Le quartier et l'immeuble sont calme. L'hôte est bienveillant, arrangeant sur les horaires. Il nous a indiqué les bons plans du quartier. Le resto en face de l'immeuble propose des burgers excellents. La terrasse intime est agréable même au printemps.

− Un petit bémol sur le clic clac mais qui ne nous a pas empêché d'apprécier énormément notre séjour.
