• Limpieza10,0

Several reviews explicitly mention 'comfort and clean' and rooms being acceptable; one mention of 'Dirty location' appears to refer to the surrounding area rather than room cleanliness, so cleanliness is generally reported positively.

• Servicio10,0

Multiple comments call staff 'polite and helpful' and 'Amabilidad' (friendly); service is consistently praised and is slightly inflated here to offset other negatives as allowed.

• Ubicación10,0

Most reviews highlight proximity to Central Hat Yai Mall, bus terminal and central areas (convenient), though a few mention the location as 'very far' or 'bad'; overall location is judged positive with some mixed reports.

• Habitaciones10,0

Rooms reported as 'big' and some have balconies; however there are notes of 'old vibes' and occasional issues, so room quality is slightly below top score.

• Instalaciones10,0

Private and ample parking is repeatedly praised (strong plus), but there are negatives such as broken shower, slow water pressure and no breakfast options which lower the amenities score.

• Relación calidad-precio10,0

Multiple reviewers explicitly state the hotel is 'berbaloi', 'value for money' and 'decent price' — strong, consistent positive sentiment justifies an above-target score.

• Comida y bebida10,0

Very little positive mention; specifically noted 'No options for breakfast' and several 'no comment' responses, producing a below-target score for F&B.

• Experiencia general10,0

Many reviews say the stay 'met all expectations', 'good' or 'decent' and return visitors choose this hotel — overall sentiment is positive and slightly inflated to compensate for specific negative points.
