Categorías

• Limpieza8,0

Rooms are reported cleaned daily by several guests, though a few mentioned rooms were not the cleanest and there was a broken fridge in one review.

• Servicio10,0

Multiple reviews highlight exceptionally polite, welcoming and helpful staff (notably the receptionist); however some guests also reported minimal presence or unfriendly behaviour at times — overall staff interaction is a standout.

• Ubicación10,0

Consistently praised for an excellent position near the train station, metro and historic centre, very convenient and perceived as safe; main drawback is significant street noise at night.

• Habitaciones7,2

Rooms noted as small, some with uncomfortable beds, no balcony despite description for some, and reports of broken fridge or windows facing service areas; soundproofing praised by some but inconsistent.

• Instalaciones7,2

Very limited amenities reported: lack of cups/glasses/teapot/spoons in rooms, minimal toiletries, occasional broken fridge and basic shampoo/body-wash only.

• Relación calidad-precio7,2

Several guests felt the price was too high (one explicitly said not worth €129); acceptable for short stays given location but poor value for longer stays or families.

• Comida y bebida7,8

Breakfast described variably as very sparse/limited and sometimes served by unfriendly staff, though a few guests found it simple and tasty; some breakfast incurs extra charge not always clear.

• Experiencia general9,8

Good choice for short (1–2 night) stays due to excellent location and notably helpful staff; however noise, limited comforts and inconsistent amenities reduce suitability for longer stays or families.
