− Smalle bedden, 1 hard matras.

+ Beautiful Clean Apartment. Lovely new kitchen and Bathrooms. Good cold air con . Comfy double beds.

− Bit of a faff getting in first time when dark . No bin bags or Laundry liquid to use so more stuff to buy on holiday .No instructions for what to do with bin untill last day. Towels could have been better quality as were thin and old and told it would be €30.for more towels after one shower with 3 adults but otherwise the Apartment was beautiful. Xx

Fantastic stay in lively Malaga

+ The apartment was very modern and clean with great facilities. Ainhoa provided great communication about check in. The rooftop pool was great.

+ Perfect appartement allemaal in nieuwe materialen: ruime kamers -2 badkamers - terrasje - prima airco - geluidsarm - zwembad boven is leuke extra- parkeerplaats niet gebruikt maar wel handig als je met de auto komt - op 20 min wandelden we naar het centrum en supermarkt onder appartementsgebouw is ook een plus. Wij vonden het echt super!

− er was niet gepoetst toen we aankwamen maar host reageerde zeer snel en poetsploeg was binnen 30 min ter plaatse en hebben meteen alles zeer grondig gepoetst. Dank je wel Ainhoa voor je snelle reactie!

+ Uima-allas oli hyvä, asunto siisti ja viihtyisä. Tarvittavat keittiövälineet löytyi. 2 vessaa ja 2 suihkua oli luksusta.

+ Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, großzügig und komfortabel. Sie war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten.

− The pool wasn’t available which we weren’t told about. Homeless community seen off balcony.

Weekend break

+ The apartment was clean and spacious. The supermarket is below the block. The local tapas bar directly across the road. The location is a bit out of town, but the buses are easy to navigate.

− The pool was not open, but I was never informed. This was disappointing as we booked the apartment for the pool. I did ask for an early check in which I assumed was OK. However, we could not get in till the standard time. This may have just been a communication issue.

+ La tranquillité, parcking dans la résidence, facilite d'accès, le système de badge via application est un plus.

− Manque de vaisselle, 2 verre à vin pour un logement de 6 personnes, pas de couteau à pain. Rien pour poser le linge dans une des salles de bain.

+ Goed uitgerust, twee badkamers waren allebei mooi en appartement was heel schoon. Ligging bij supermarkt was prima

Overall, a very good option for a long stay in Malaga.

+ The unit we were in, 309, was large, clean, with 3 bedrroms, 2 baths. It is a modern, pretty new building, with great security. It was certainly adequate for our month-long stay. The water pressure was good. The elevators worked well. People living in the building were friendly. There is good lighting. By the way, having a dryer was an unexpected perk. The Mas grocery store right downstairs, is a huge plus for this rental. It makes living here so much easier. The manager was very responsive--the toaster didn't work well, and she had a new one there in two days.. Also, having two bus stops just steps away from the apartment meant easy access to the center of town. TV has netflix, disney+, you tube, prime video. No English speaking ordinary channels.

− I did find the directions for accessing the unit upon check-in to be confusing, although that may be due to my age. It is always preferable, in my view, to have someone meet you up on check-in, not only to avoid frustration about the entrance, but also to show you how things work. One issue that we had is that not being European, the appliances, although quite nice, were a mystery, and I had to spend a lot of time online figuring them out. Some things were lacking, but fairly minor: we had to buy a spatula, frying pan, wastebaskets, bath towels; they had towels, but kind of tired. Balcony was somewhat of a disappointment. We didn't realize that we would just be facing another apartment complex across an alley.

− Dishwasher was defect and there was only one washer tablet. The towels were linty.

Raccomando e sicuramente torneremo qui.

+ Per me la pulizia è fondamentale e posso dire che da parte mia ha 5 stelle. Siamo stati in 4 ed è stato tutto perfetto. Davanti alla struttura hai la fermata dell’autobus che in circa 10 min arrivi alle attrazioni principali pagando solo 1,40€ di persona.

− Rien. Tout était très bien. Il manque peut être une table basse dans le salon.

+ We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The host was kind and helpful (we had a small issue with the boiler, but it was quickly resolved). The apartment is well located – there’s a supermarket right downstairs, terraces nearby, and the parking spot was very convenient. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, and we really appreciated how cool and shaded it was thanks to its positioning. The building is clean and very quiet. It was a great vacation, and if we come back to Málaga, we’ll definitely stay here again.

Overall, very highly recommended. Flat looks exactly like on the photos.

+ Spacious, clean, modern and well equipped apartment, we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our vacations. Very nice host. Definitely recommended!

− The late check in could be a bit easier, and the door code system did not work very well for us at the beginning. We probably wouldn’t use it anyways but swimming pool was close in mid April despite of brochure saying that it’s open including April - not a big deal for us though.

Clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend.

+ Stayed here with friends, the apartment suited our needs perfectly as we each had our own bedroom. Lots of space, places to sit and a lovely balcony to eat breakfast/ lunch/ dinner at. The apartment was clean and well equipped, the showers were excellent. I would recommend it. Unfortunately we stayed in Feb when the communal pool wasn't open. Its worth noting it is about a 20min walk to the old town. This is all on the flat so very easy. The supermarket next door is well stocked. Thanks for our stay.

A fantastic stay in a lovely apartment, only a short walk from the centre of Malaga

+ Fantastic stay in a lovely apartment. The accommodation was light and spacious and the balcony was great. Whilst the apartment is a 20 minute walk from the centre of Malaga, there was a supermarket next door and it's mostly downhill walking to the city (but, obviously, uphill walking back). We didn't get to use the pool due to the time of year, sadly, but the apartment was a great base for a group of friends and having two bathrooms was a huge advantage.

− If you want to be in the centre of Malaga, this place could be a little too far away for some. It wasn't an issue for us as we like to walk. Also it wasn't clear to us before the trip that the pool has seasonal opening hours.

+ The apartment was lovely, clean and a good size. Location was good as the bus stop was right outside which took you to the city centre.

− The pool was closed due to drought in Malaga. This should have been communicated with us and Booking.com should not advertise this listing as having a working pool.

Amazing apartment

+ Clean property with all the necessary amenities. Location is perfect not too far from the city centre and the host was very accommodating with early check in. Will definitely be staying here again!
