• Limpieza7,5

Mixed signals: several guests praised cleanliness, but there are explicit complaints about dirty dishes and a persistent bad drain smell in the bathroom that affected stays.

• Servicio9,0

Generally cordial and helpful staff noted by multiple guests, though a few experienced check-in/key retrieval confusion and occasional extra-charge issues — overall service was supportive enough to be rated above average.

• Ubicación9,6

Consistently praised: excellent, convenient location (near metro/Marienplatz and ideal for Oktoberfest), easy access to shops and attractions.

• Habitaciones8,1

Rooms are described as comfortable, spacious and well-insulated, but several guests reported rooms being very warm (no AC), photos looking newer than reality, and occasional street noise when windows are open.

• Instalaciones8,8

Well-equipped kitchens, family-friendly extras (games, baby materials) and useful in-room items noted; missing items include no washing machine and no built-in AC in many units (fans provided).

• Relación calidad-precio7,7

Mixed to slightly negative: some guests felt price-performance was not good (extra charges for towels, needing to rebook due to heat), which pulls this below the overall target.

• Comida y bebida8,4

Standard quality for this hotel tier (no on-site F&B widely discussed; guests used the well-equipped in-room kitchen).

• Experiencia general8,1

Overall positive sentiment with multiple enthusiastic recommendations and desire to return, tempered by notable issues (bathroom odor, heat/no AC, occasional cleanliness and check-in problems) that affected some stays.
