• Limpieza5,0

Several reports of hygiene issues: clogged shower with hair, a dirty towel found on arrival, strong sewage odor in bathroom; cleaning staff described as kind but these problems indicate inconsistent housekeeping.

• Servicio8,5

Generally responsive customer service and helpful cleaning staff; one guest noted a billing/municipal tax payment issue which felt pushy, but overall staff reaction times and support were positive.

• Ubicación9,5

Consistently praised: very close to metro, easy access to supermarket, cafés and airport for some guests; well suited for families and exploration of the city.

• Habitaciones5,5

Mixed to negative: top-floor unit was very hot without AC, noisy fans, uncomfortable mattresses (felt springs), small shower and annoying curtain, visible poor paint repairs and some deteriorated doors.

• Instalaciones5,5

Limited: no air conditioning in some apartments, no coffee machine, minimal kitchen equipment/very few utensils, dishwasher present but no tablets; code-entry system is convenient.

• Relación calidad-precio7,7

Price described as reasonable and the apartment feels recently renovated and spacious, but comfort and amenity shortcomings reduce perceived value.

• Comida y bebida7,2

Standard quality for this hotel tier.

• Experiencia general8,7

Overall a convenient, well-located choice appreciated by families and guests for accessibility and responsive service; however comfort issues (heat, mattresses, small shower, cleanliness lapses) prevent a top score.
