Categorías

• Limpieza8,2

Mostly reported as clean and well-kept in many reviews, but a serious hygiene complaint (hair found in multiple places, stains) lowered the score.

• Servicio9,9

Staff frequently described as friendly and helpful (assistance with children, stroller cleaning, helpful at restaurant), though a few mentions of somewhat businesslike or slightly unfriendly front-desk/individual staff tempered perfect marks.

• Ubicación10,0

Consistently praised: beachfront/ocean-view location, balcony sunrise views, immediate beach access and excellent outlook from onsen — standout feature of the property.

• Habitaciones9,8

Rooms described as spacious, bright, comfortable beds and well-appointed; many guests noted large, comfortable rooms and good balconies with sea views.

• Instalaciones9,4

Onsen/rooftop baths and ocean-view bathing highlighted as excellent, but facility set is limited (one restaurant, limited pools, no play area and no steam room), so amenities are good but not extensive.

• Relación calidad-precio9,4

Standard quality for this hotel tier

• Comida y bebida8,9

Breakfast and dinner praised as delicious by many guests, with local specialties at the buffet; however several comments noted disappointment with the buffet selection/quality, separate alcohol charges, and one guest had issues with dinner booking communication.

• Experiencia general9,6

Overall very positive — many guests called the stay excellent, noting beach access, views, onsen and comfortable rooms; a few guests reported significant negatives (cleanliness incident, minor service or buffet issues) but the dominant sentiment is highly favorable.
