• Limpieza6,2

Review mentions poor cleaning in spots: spiderwebs, dead insects, food remnants in wardrobes and behind radiators — cleanliness below average though not uniformly filthy.

• Servicio8,0

Mixed: guests reported poor hospitality and a delayed host, but early access was permitted; overall service is adequate but inconsistent.

• Ubicación10,0

Very positive: quiet, scenic location, close to Bremen and Oldenburg and good train access from Hude — location is a strong selling point.

• Habitaciones6,5

Mixed room quality: one guest praised beds and bath, another reported severely sagging beds and creaky upper-floor wooden floors — comfort is inconsistent.

• Instalaciones9,0

Good amenities such as a fireplace with wood, bathtub, and pleasant rural features (goats, views). Some advertised items (games, DVDs) and basic towels were missing unless paid for, but overall amenities are strong for a rural property.

• Relación calidad-precio8,5

Generally good value for the setting and facilities, but linen/towel charges (e.g., €25 pp) felt expensive to some guests and reduce perceived value.

• Comida y bebida10,0

Standard quality for this hotel tier (not mentioned in reviews).

• Experiencia general9,0

Mixed overall: the location, fireplace and rural charm lead to many positive stays, but hygiene and some service/comfort issues harmed other guests' experience.
