Very positive: Taylor Made Rental Management was proactive and highly responsive—called, texted, emailed repeatedly about the water leak and offered four alternative houses, smoothing an otherwise disruptive situation.
- Ubicación10,0
Negative: Strawberry Fields is very close to a busy US highway with substantial truck and vehicle traffic; noise and tight parking detract from the location.
- Habitaciones10,0
Mixed/negative: The advertised 'great rooms' with walls of glass apply to the bedrooms rather than the living/dining area, reducing the expected communal space and overall layout satisfaction.

Positive overall: Despite not staying in the originally booked unit and lacking a lake view, the guest 'had a great time' at Mountain Freedom; the swift, helpful response from management and acceptable alternatives led to a very favorable overall stay.
