Rooms are often described as pretty, comfortable and modern, but there are recurring issues: some rooms are small, corridors/elevator tight, very cold floors, shower or door-lock problems and lack of washroom privacy in at least one setup.

Basic in-room amenities like coffee/tea facilities are mentioned positively; however there are mixed notes about shower performance and heating (cold floors), so amenities are decent but not flawless.

• Experiencia general8,0

Generally positive overall with many recommendations and repeat intentions, tempered by operational issues (door/lock problems, privacy/shower concerns and occasional small rooms) that lower the experience slightly.
