Hôtel confortable

+ Hôtel correct pour une nuit comme nous l’avons fait . J’avais réservé une chambre simple . Le coin piscine est agréable avec suffisamment de chaises longues L’emplacement et la facilité d’accès au cœur de mijas Le personnel a l’accueil très sympathique

− La deco et les meubles qui mériteraient une petite mise au goût du jour La literie peu confortable a mon goût

− El trato del personal de recepción, no tenían preparada la habitación a la hora de entrar y tuvimos que esperar un buen rato. Ni siquiera unas disculpas.

Good location, but dirty dishes at breakfast

− Dirty dishes and cups at breakfast. Absolutely unacceptable for a hotel. They seem to be washed at high temperatures, but food residue and lipstick marks are still clearly visible. This happened repeatedly throughout our stay. The pool area also needs more shaded areas, especially for the hottest hours of the day.

Buena ubicación

+ El desayuno estupendo y el personal muy amable

− Colchones de las camas donde te undías y el tema de la piscina donde no se podía reservar hamaca poniendo la toalla y sin embargo lo hacían. El socorrista pasaba del tema.

A lovey stay.

+ Wonderful location, excellent breakfast and staff extremely helpful, my daughter and I enjoyed a relaxing few days. Pool area has plenty of sun beds and pool area lovely and clean . Would love to come again.

− La piscina muy linda salvo q se ocupaban las reposeras y la sombra dejando pertenencias en el lugar sin estar presentes ...deberian tener en cuenta q queden libres para los q si estan presentes en la pileta asi todos estan al alcance de las comodidades de la misma.Por supuesto es una sugerencia

wonderful location with magnificent views, Shame wifi let it down

− Weak wifi Couldn't use it. I had to go to reception area to get a signal.the staff knew the situation but could not do anything about it. Other guests complained.

Amazing

+ We loved everything about this hotel, from the easy check in with amazingly friendly staff, the room with an amazing view of Mijas Costa, more than adequate air con in the room, mini fridge, comfy beds, bathroom provisions - everything!! I could go on but I think this says it all! We'll most definitely be back! Can't wait.

+ The location of the property is excellent. Just a couple of minutes walk into beautiful Mijas Pueblo. There are cafes, bars, a supermarket and a petrol station within a 2 minute walk of the front door of the hotel. The town is full of great restaurants, cafes and boutique shops.Towels are provided for the pool area and fresh towels were provided in the rooms every day too, which was great.Food and drinks from the pool bar were varied and enjoyable and service was excellent.A special mention has to be given to the staff, who were extremely helpful and friendly. My family and I were especially fond of Guiseppe on the reception desk and Francisco in the restaurant/pool bar but in fact all of the staff were lovely.

− We felt that the lack of air con in the bar terrace in the evening made it too warm to comfortably sit and enjoy a few drinks. The outside area is very pleasant but it is small and you can’t always get a seat out there, meaning that you have to sit inside where it’s unpleasantly warm in the summer months. Improved air con here would make a big difference.Some additions to the breakfast buffet would vastly improve it, namely a greater choice of cereals, pancakes for the kids and maybe some nuts & berries to have with the yoghurt.
