Villas at Poco Diablo

Categorías

• Limpieza8,3

Mixed feedback — several guests said rooms were 'nice and clean', but multiple reports cite missed housekeeping (no room servicing during stay) and guests having to dispose of their own trash.

• Servicio8,6

Generally friendly and helpful staff in some reports, but notable complaints about housekeeping not being performed, a grumpy check-in agent, and an instance of poor handling regarding room amenities.

• Ubicación9,5

Highly praised for a quiet, scenic setting next to a creek and nature — relaxing and private. A few guests noted it isn't within easy walking distance to town and handicap parking can be far from rooms.

• Habitaciones8,6

Spacious units with kitchens, fireplaces and comfortable furnishings praised; offsets include thin walls/noise, occasional missing jetted tubs, some maintenance issues (cupboards, uneven fireplace rock tile causing stubbing).

• Instalaciones9,2

Strong amenities cited — pool, hot tub, full kitchens and fireplaces are highlights. Some units did not have the advertised jetted tubs and guests noted lack of in-stay cleaning.

• Relación calidad-precio8,9

Frequently described as good value for the area and larger than motels; however, lapses in housekeeping/maintenance reduce perceived value for some guests.

• Comida y bebida8,9

Standard quality for this hotel tier

• Experiencia general9,2

Overall positive — many guests found the property quiet, relaxing and restorative with excellent natural surroundings; several would stay again despite occasional service/housekeeping inconsistencies.
