48 Rooms Split ★★★★

Categorie

• Limpieza9,5

Multiple guests explicitly praise cleanliness (‘very clean’, ‘really clean’, ‘tout était absolument parfait’). Towels and general upkeep noted; one guest mentioned visible wear in decor but not cleanliness.

• Servicio9,6

Hosts repeatedly described as very friendly and communicative; early check-in granted and clear, helpful communication cited by several guests.

• Ubicación9,7

Consistently highlighted as central and excellent — steps from the old town, close to shops, markets, restaurants, port and beach; very convenient for sightseeing and transport.

• Habitaciones8,5

Rooms praised for size, comfortable and wide beds, pleasant design and balcony. Some negatives: AC placement did not cool bed area well, occasional shower issues, cheap-looking decor/wear compared with photos, limited hangers and absence of a knife.

• Instalaciones9,0

Smart TV (YouTube/Netflix), ample towels, coffee/tea supply and capsules, AC present. Minor issues: complicated coffee machine requiring many pods, lack of convenient plugs for the machine and limited wall hooks or extra low furniture.

• Relación calidad-precio9,3

Guests note the price is reasonable and the property is much nicer than a hostel; several specifically mention good value for the size and location.

• Comida y bebida8,8

Limited food & beverage offering — coffee/tea and capsule coffee available and appreciated, but no on-site dining; coffee machine usability issues reported by some guests.

• Experiencia general9,2

Overall overwhelmingly positive and often described as unforgettable or highly recommended. Small recurring issues (coffee machine, minor room wear, a few practical items missing) temper an otherwise excellent stay.
